Clothing: Long black pants with long sleeve black shirt and white arm wraps, Black shoe's and one pair of nunchaku, Shou use's leg weights with special seal on them written in Korean to increase his speed when removed and move with 10 times his original speed, Shou can sometimes be seen with a black ninja mask the covers from his nose down it has a special ventilation to prevent inhalation of toxic gasses he only wears it on special missions. Shou also wears one small loop earring in his left ear it magnifies sounds so he can hear everything around him. Background: Shou grew up as an outcast he never really talked to anyone just his older brother Agito, its mostly because of his acute awareness of things and his ability to learn Taijutsu techniques fast, he also had a strange sensation to train hard all the time until he couldn’t even move, he was always trying to be like his brother Agito also he plays chess very well he always played with his brother but was never able to beat him. As he grew up with his older brother, his mother and father, and also his little sister, they were a very happy family, One winter day Shou and his brother Agito were coming home from a long day of training and they heard screams coming from their home, they both took off running as fast as we could to get home. As Shou and Agito quickly opened the door to their home, with his older brother right behind him they quickly noticed blood all over the floor of the entrance, leading upstairs. "Shous eyes were filled with pain and rage." All of a sudden all they can hear is the agonizing screams of the men and women who not to long ago massacred their parents, they arrived in time to witness a battle involving their little sister, Shou’s older brother then kicked him and snaped him out of his trance and moved him into the battle, Shou ran with a burst of rage at the Shinobi kneeing him in the chest while grabbing him by the neck forceing his knee harder into the shinobi’s thorax breaking his chest bones and landing a horrific elbow to the enemy's head sending the Shinobi's head to the floor hearing the floor break and the blood splatter, Agito then ran with speed grabbing his sister by the stomach and jumping out the window to the floor. After his bro took his sis to safety Shou rushed the shinobi and grabbed him by the neck picked him up and slammed him into the wall leaving a massive craterin the wall blinded by rage he ignores everything else in the room and holds the shinobi up by his neck and taking all the blows to the chest and head the the shinobi is throwing while being held up and finally the shinobi stabed him in the shoulder with a Kuni and released his grip and then lied a series of punches and kicks laying a devastating blow to his stomach Shou then coughs up a puddle of blood and falls to his knees, the masked shinobi then kicks Shou in the thought lifting him in the air shooting blood out of his mouth as he flys upward the shinobi lays a brutal spinning heal kick to Shou’s neck slamming him into the wall face first and before Shou can fall the the groung the shinobi grabbed him and put him in a choke hold, by the time Agito ran up the wall his brother was being held by the Shinobi being choked to death, Agito threw 2 pepper bombs at Shou so that him and the Shinobi were choking and couldn’t see, Agito pushed Shou out of the way and delivered a devastating heal kick to his enemy's chin shattering his jaw bone sending him to the corner of the room wall leaving a small crack in it. Shou then passed out due to the loss of too much blood, Shou then awakened after the battle to his brother picking him up, as Agito picked Shou off the floor the police and Miyuki his sister came up the stairs and Shou then saw all of the enemies on the floor and one on the wall he then looked at his brother and then looked down at the ground thinking to himself why was I too weak to do anything I couldn’t even help……..im useless. As Miyuki stepped in the room she screamed in fear of the dead mans body stuck on the wall. She ran to her bothers holding them tight telling them their parents were dead, Agito told Miyuki to take care of Shou so he could talk to the police. As the police came appearing from all corners Agito told them the Shinobi was dead and that he killed him for his fathers and mothers sake and to protect his last 2 family members. Agito, Shou and Miyuki moved in with some fellow family relatives for the time being till Agito was accepted into the academy. And shortly after so was Shou and he vowed to never fail his loved ones again, later on he decides to leave his brother and go out on his own, he needs to travil and get stronger and he has to be able to go all out without his brother holding him back. Shou is now the Otokage of the village, due to the mysterious disapearance of the previous Kage. Shou rules with an gentle fist but do not mistake it for weakness.now a days Shou is a very quiet and he usually keeps to himself hes usually found walking aroung the village thinking to himself or training in his Dojo, he dosnt really like to let people into his life but hes always nice. Kawarimi no Jutsu (Replacement Technique.) This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Cp cost: 1 Damage: N/A Requeriments: Must have something to replace with. Training days: Academy time.
Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique) A basic technique taught at the Ninja academy. When a ninja is tied with rope, he can undo the knots and escape using this jutsu. Cp cost: 0 Damage: N/A Requeriments: Learn in the Academy. Training days: Academy time. Special: Roll an escape artist skill check when using this.

Bunshin no Jutsu: This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent. Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) This technique is used to cause one's opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. The ANBU members are known especially for this Jutsu. Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind) This Jutsu creates a blade out of wind which, being wind, makes it impossible to block. However, unlike the Kamaitachi no Jutsu, this Jutsu requires no tool. Cp: 50 Damage: 100~200 + 19 [chk mod] + 32 max [skill] = 119~251 Requirements: Wind Affinity.
Ayame Tori (Murderous Grasp) This jutsu uses a metal string strengthened with chakra to make a thread capable of cutting through steel with little difficulty Cp cost: 4 per foot or string per turn Damage: 3 - 5 + chk mod (when used on a person) Requirements: Chakra Control 15 Training: 3 days Special: Can be used as a weapon!
Medical Technique: Minor Chakra Heal By using one's chakra, a ninja can repair damaged muscles and skin. Through hard studies and continual practice a ninja can master the proteins in a body to help repair these injuries. Tanuki Neiri no Jutsu, "Play Possum Jutsu" The user forces them self into a deep sleep using their chakra to cover their pulse and heartbeat to fool an opponent. Cp cost: 20 + 5 per turn Damage: N/A Requirements: Chakra Control 10 Special: User appears dead. DC to find out you are alive is 35. Roll is d20 + wis mod.
Daikamaitachi no Jutsu (Great Cutting Whirlwind Technique) A more powerful version of Kamaitachi no Jutsu. Cp cost: 30 Damage: 60 - 100 + chakra mod. Requeriments: Wind Affinity. Chakra 40 + Training days: 20 days +
Inyu Shometsu (Secret Healing Wound Destruction) The user can concentrate their chakra to a prepared area on their body and begin the cell recreation process the very moment the targeted area becomes damaged. This ability to activate dead cells and create new ones. Cp cost: 50 Damage: N/A Requeriments: Treat Injury 80 Ranks. Training days: 50 days. Special: Heals 50 + user's chk mod + 2 per 10 ranks user has in Chakra Control.
Ranshinsho (Important Body Points Disturbance) By attacking the base of the brain stem with chakra converted to electricity, the user is able to flip the brain's movement signals to the arms and legs. For example, if one tried to move their right arm, their left leg would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move. Cp cost: 8 per hit Damage: Normal Taijutsu hit damage. Requeriments: Knowledge anatomy 65 ranks. Training days: 20 days Special: Opponent must roll 1 d4 per turn. If the result is a 2 the opponent is unable to function for that turn. Must be constantly hitting opponent with this technique.
Katon: Haisekishō, (Fire Release: Ash Product Burning) Unlike other fire-based jutsu, this jutsu allows the user to breathe out a cloud of superheated ash capable of causing third-degree burns. Because it is ash and not flame, the ash remains in the air around the target, and therefore remains potent for a longer period. Cp cost: 50 Damage: 50 - 80, then 20 per turn (for two turns) Requirements: Fire Affinity Training: 7 days Special: Due to the cloud of ash its effects linger for 3 rounds (same as smoke bomb)
Shosen Jutsu By concentrating chakra to the hand, the user is able to cure wounds by focusing their own chakra to where the critical injuries lie, healing them in the process. This jutsu, however, uses up a high amount of chakra.. This may also be utilized as the Chakra Enjintou and Chakra no Mesu, or the chakra scalpel for that matter - in order to sever the opponent's muscle fibers at the point of contact. Jibaku Mandara (Mandala: Buddist Visual of the Enlighten) This jutsu creates a pyramid-like chakra cage around an opponent. The user can then constrict the cage to crush the opponent. The user must maintain a triangle-shaped hand seal at all times to maintain the cage. Should the user's will falter or the entrapped opponent happen to be strong enough, the cage can be broken. When the cage breaks, a massive explosion of energy follows, destroying a wide area. The one who broke the cage, however, remains safe in the center of the blast. Cp cost: 80 + 20 per turn. Genjutsu-
Kori Shinchu no Jutsu (Sly Mind Affect Technique) Kori Shinchū no Jutsu is a Genjutsu which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically because they are unable to reach their desired area by traveling along the same path over and over. Cp cost: 20 Requeriments: Genjutsu 30 Ranks Training days: 6 days.
Nehan Shoja no Jutsu (Temple of Nirvana Technique) This technique is an encantation spell that allows the caster to place a large body of people into an intense and unconscious state. The spell, however, can be avoided by forming the tiger hand seal and using the dispel skill, dispersing it away. Cp cost: 50 Requeriments: Genjutsu 60 Ranks Training days: 20 days. Will save: 20 + character level + charisma mod.
Taijutsu-
Goken (Strong Fist) Gōken is the most basic form of Taijutsu. It aims at inflicting external damage and breaking bones. The gouken style also use extreme movements based on leg flexibility and spin kick for more damage. Damage: Inceases normal taijutsu damage to 5 - 16 Requeriments: Taijutsu 20 ranks. Training days: Must keep training all the time.
Dainamikku-Entori (Dynamic Entry) Simply a flying jump kick straight at the enemy. Usually used as an opening or surprise attack. Damage: Double taijutsu damage = 74~194 Requeriments: Jump (Tumble?) 10 ranks. Taijutsu 10 ranks. Training days: 2 days.
Tsutenkyaku (Painful Sky Leg) This is basically just a kick down from the air, where the user uses their marvellous strength to create a gigantic crater and an earth-quake like effect to the surrounding area. Damage: 81-117 Requeriments: Taijutsu 20 Ranks. Training days: 10 days.
Futon: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough) The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area. It is known that a variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target. Cp cost: 25 Damage: 25 - 60 Requeriments: Level 18+ Training days: 10 Days.
Konoha Reppu (Leaf Gale) Using their quickness and agility, the user performs a spinning kick to sweep their opponent off their feet. Damage: Taijutsu damage = 37~97 Requirements: Gouken style fighting. Training days: 10 days. Effect(s): With this technique you can hit all enemies around you in melee.
Asa Kujaku (Morning Peacock) The user first opens the sixth gate Keimon, or possibly the first six gates, which gives them access to an enormous amount of chakra. Using this tremendous burst of power and speed, the user will approach their opponent in a distinctive stance. When near enough, they will kick their opponent and launch them into the air. They will then strike them multiple times, causing the distinctive peacock fan to develop. His opponent will then fall back to the earth, covered in the strike's aura. Kage Buyo (Shadow of the Dancing Leaf) While the target is airborne, the user jumps in such a way as to appear below the target while following a similar trajectory through the air. Since the victim is airborne, he is in a vulnerable position to a more damaging attack such as Omote Renge or Shishi Rendan. Cp cost: 1 Damage: 0 Requeriments: Gouken Training days: 1 day.
Konoha Shofu (Leaf Rising Wind) Using their quickness and agility, the user will do a swift upwards kick at their opponent or at a weapon their opponent is wielding. Damage: Normal Taijutsu Requeriments: Taijutsu 50 Ranks. Training days: 6 days. Special: You might disarm you oponent weapon with this attack.
Fushichou Rendan (Phoenix Combo) Not a clan jutsu; first used by Hiyomura Keiko. A combo attack that consists of a right-handed strike to the upper torso, then a kick that sends the target flying. While the target is still in the air, the user goes airborne as well and follows up with a double roundhouse, a left hook, right knife-hand strike, and then another upper kick. The user then lands and waits for the target to fall; in the moment before the target collides with the ground, the user finishes off with a left side kick. If performed correctly, the path taken by both user and target form the outline of a phoenix taking flight. Hirate Buraindo-(Blind palm) A taijutsu technique focused on the basics of Choy Lee fut and Buddah`s palm techniques In wich the person uses the palms of his hands and his flat foot not only to hit the opponent but also throw him of guard by pushing hm back with the blow, not using his strenght but speed in his blows. The user concentrates Chakra in his plams and feet. when hitting, the wind created with the speed is molded with the chakra to create a push back force. Needs to be activated but lasts until the user desires to deactivate it But the fast movements it requires enemy wears the body out if used for too much time Cp cost: 6 cp to activate (remains for 4 rounds) and -2cp more each time its activated after the second time Damage: normal damage + chakra mod. +str. mod Requirements:Wind affinity,Str: 30 +,Dex: 50+, Con: 30+, Chk: 50+ ,Taijutsu: 50+ Ranks. ,Chakra control: +60 Ranks Training days: 30 Days. Suiken An unusual style of taijutsu combat where the user takes in enough alcohol to become intoxicated (hence the name), causing them to become unpredictable and highly dangerous. Gate of Opening (Initial) - Releases the brain's limit on the total strain on the muscles, giving the user five times their normal strength. Hp Cost: 30 Damage: - Requirements: Taijutsu 30 ranks, Gouken Training: 30 days Special: Opening the first gate gives the user +6 strength and dexterity but -20 from the Cp [chakra is expelled from the body making it wasted]. User loses 10 Hp per round.
Gate of Rest (Heal / Energy) - Releases the brain's limit on the body's stamina, making a battle-worn person become miraculously ready to fight as if the fight had just started. Hp Cost: 50 Damage: - Requirements: Taijutsu 40 ranks, Gouken, Initial opened Training: 30 days Special: Opening the second gate gives the user +16 strength and dexterity but -25 Cp. User loses 20 Hp per round.
Gate of Life -located on the spinal cord, and releases the limit on the nervous system, which makes information travel at a faster rate and creates even more stamina. As a side effect, the user's skin turns red, indicating an increased blood-oxygen level. Gate of Pain -(Harm / Wound) releases the limit on oxygen intake in the lungs, creating much more oxygen for the body to use. Gate of Closing -(Limit) releases the limit on the amount of chakra released at one time. Hp Cost: 180 Damage: - Requirements: Taijutsu 70 ranks, Gouken, Previous gates open Training: 35 days Special: Opening the fifth gate gives the user +58 strength and dexterity but -70 Cp. User loses 60 Hp per round.
Gate of Joy -(View) removes the limit on how much fat and proteins the intestines can digest, and releases otherwise useless energy resources, giving the user even more power and stamina. Hp Cost: 265 Damage: - Requirements: Taijutsu 70 ranks, Gouken, Previous gates open Training: 40 days Special: Opening the sixth gate gives the user +72 strength and dexterity but -85 Cp. User loses 80 Hp per round.
Gate of Shock -(Wonder / Insanity) removes the limit on how fast the body can move, removes wastes from dead skin cells to feces, and gives the body a much cleaner system to work with, producing even more power and stamina. Hp Cost: 400 Damage: - Requirements: Taijutsu 90 ranks, Gouken, Previous gates Training: 40 days Special: Opening the seventh gate gives the user +86 strength and dexterity but -100 Cp. User loses 120 Hp per round.
Gate of Death -opens the final gate located at the heart and uses up all of the body's energy. It makes the heart pump at maximum power and exceeds the power of every other gate. All the energy in every individual cell is used up, giving the user power well above that of any Kage. This "big bang" effect is only temporary, and destroys every muscle in the user's body. Death is assured when opening this gate.
Hp Cost: None, the cost is death. Damage: - Requirements: Taijutsu 110 ranks, Gouken, Previous gates Training: 50 days Special: Opening the eighth gate gives the user +100 strength and dexterity. The Hp of the user triples, but he will lose 10% of his new Hp per round until death. [He cannot be healed as the internal wounds caused are unhealable] Cp goes down to 0.
At the end of the effect, for gates 1-3 the user is fatigued for 3 hours. For gates 4-6 they are fatigued for 7 hours, and for the seventh gate they are fatigued for the next 24 hours. (Fatigue means that their normal strength, constitution and dexterity is halved)
Also the effects of the gates don't stack, so when you open the 2nd gate the +16 strength/dex is replaced by +26 strength/dex. However the cost does stack. To open the 1st gate you pay 20 hp and open it, to open the second gate you pay 20 hp to open the 1st then 30 hp to open the 2nd. For each gate you have to pay the prerequisite amounts of Hp for each previous gate first then pay the prerequisite amount of Hp for the gate that you wish to open.

And the fifth level is actually a Forbidden Technique, now the fifth level it can actually rip the Animalia Half of your soul out of your body and summon it to the physical plain as a giant destroying Monster. but the damaging part is that your soul just got ripped in two so it can never fully be reconnected so each time you use it your killing your soul. Kirai Eki- The spirit that took nest in Rakki's soul, was an Iguana who was hated at a young age. He had been known to find his way into many fights for the simple reason he would not bow down to anyone. He learned trust was a hard thing to find. He quickly started training and taking on anyone who came at him. Others still hated him but they learned to respect him. He soon after found away to rule the lizards till they befriend a bobcat, well enough to have it throw him out. Kirai traveled alone from that day one. Headband: A black sound headband placed in his forhead. Height: 5'1 Weight: 100 Hair: Black short and messy. Eyes: Silver Physical Description: His skinny, seriously pale, short and... anything else. Clothing: White shirt, white medical gloves, black jacket, black pants and normal looking sandles. Background: He was born in the hidden village of sound but his parents were killed when he was 10 so he was without money and nowere to go so he started stealing untile one day a man gave him food and took care of him for one year. He then wanted to become a ninja so he entered the academy to repay all he has done by stealing. And he wanted to help people.
After going to the Academy he became a medical ninja and met one who is his current best friend, Akabane. he was trained in the academy by the second otokage: Shou Makashima, who trained him hard in the medcial arts.
He finally graduated to Genin and he is currently the head medical ninja of otogakure. his training wasnt easy and his graduation wasnt eather, but he managed to do it and hopes to continue on. Personality He is usualy a hyperactive character and loves to have fun, but sometimes there is a change in him that makes him serious, determined and that lets noone stop him, it is a kind of serious talk whilst in a serious mission. Iki Uindo Hauringun no Jutsu( Howling wind spirit technique)- The user with some hand seals makes a great howl with his mouth wich summons forth agreat gust of Wind wich sounds like a whole wolf pack howling. This gust of wind hits the opponent and not only deals damage by cutting to his flesh by its force( like small knives or claws slashing at it) but also throws him to any nearby objects making him crash on to them. Paralyze bite A ninjutsu were the user changes the poison in his fangs to a poison that paralyses the enemy. The user then bites the enemy making his nerves sleep and making him unable to move until he feels pain. Also deals a low amount of damage because the fang penetrates the skin. Medical technique: Drain life A ninjutsu were the user makes his fangs have a high amount of chakra in them. Once the user moves his chakra to his fangs, they attept to bite the target. After the target is bitten the user uses the chakra to drain the life force of the target causing damage. The user then has the ability with the chakra on fangs to turn the life force into white cells or chakra. If he turns them into white cells the user gains the ammount of hp he drained from the target. If the user turns it into chakara he gains 75% of the hp he drain from the target. Tongue Release Taijutsu A taijutsu fighting style were the user releases his tongue making it longer and uses chakra with it making it as strong as a third arm. With this technique the tongue is treated like a third arm and can wield weapons as well as have long distance taijutsu. The tongue can stretch up to 15 feet of distance. Damage: increases normal taijutsu damage from 1-6 to 3-10 + chakra mod (instead of stregth mod, since he is using his chakra), only for tongue attacks Requirements: Taijutsu rank 15 and Chakra control 15, Yakushi clan only. After a mission was spread to his master to go to the rice country to escourt someone. The master was killed. that is when he met Duke, who helped him find his master. Headband: Tied around his upper left arm which covers his ANBU Tattoo Height: 5’0 Weight: 103 Hair: Black, shoulder length hair. Eyes: Hazel Physical Description: Rather tall for his age, Akabane has light tan skin. His also not skinny though nor that fat, he is like an in-between Clothing: He wears a white shirt and on top of it a black vest. On the back of the vest is the symbol of Otogakure. He also wears a pair of faded black long pants. There is a small box that carries his Shuriken clipped to the left side of his pants.
Background: He grew up with his mother, Akabane’s father died when he was a small child. His father was an ANBU, something that Akabane aspires to be someday when he grows up. At the age of nine Akabane entered the academy, there he met Duke who is his best friend at the moment. In the academy Akabane is an average student though he excels in noticing Genjutsus.
He began his training with his Sensei the Otokage or Makashima-Sensei as most of the other students call him. Duke and him trained on the Makashima Dojo with the basic stuff, some push-ups hand signs and a spar. This spar with Duke was very interesting since Akabane had the intention of killing Duke. Not that he wanted too it was just the tension of battle that gave him this thought.
The day after Akabane met a kunoichi a year older than him named Omei. He doesn't know why or when it happened but he felt sort of attracted to this young women. He doesn't like her or anything its something like a platonic love he has for her. Akabane doesn't know what he truly feels for her but he does known that is nothing more than a friendship, all he does know is, that the girl is simply beautiful and he knows that he can trust her.
The other day he spoke to the Otokage, his sensei and told him he had to go to the Academy, he wouldn't let him train with him because he would misuse his teachings for wrong doings. He was in he Academy for a few minutes because then he left and spoke to Makashima again, Akabane had rethought about what he had done and vowed not to do it again.
He has trained for a few days now, he did another spar with Duke but was beaten by him. After that he tried doing a Chakra Burn-Out he taunted himself on burning more than usual because he thought about his father. His father a traitor to Otogakure something only his mother and he knew. But now he was dead and he would make his mother proud. After failing the Chakra Burn Out, Akabane learned the Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique). After that he did a Shuriken training, he is currently on the Training Grounds He just finished doing another Shuriken training. Akabane is beginning to do some Push-ups and later he will do a Chakra burn out.
After a hard time and a left arm gone numb Akabane managed to do twenty push-ups. He decided not to do the Chakra Burn Out because he was tired.
Personality: Rather friendly with some people, he is a mean person sometimes. He doesn’t care if he has to insult people if he has too. Most of the times he is a cool and relaxed person. He is sort of envious of his best friend Duke. Other: He aspires to be a ANBU.

Ninjutsu- Bunshin no Jutsu: This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are without substance, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent. Cp cost: 1 pt. per bunshin. Damage: N/A Requirements: Academy students learn it on the academy as a basic jutsu. Training days: Academy. Chakra control check DC: 5 per bunshin. Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique. Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.
