Well it really depends on what you need.
The basics are basically.
Name:
age:
personality:
bio:
appearance:
player:
If your doing a real life rp, that's all you need. However if you want to have a war RP you'll have to add weapons. If it's a fantasy, you'll need to add Race and Powers, along with the weapons. However it's good to also specify what you want in parentheses, like:
Age: (something realistic, please)
Bio: (No "I don't know" or "Is unknown")

There are lots of things u can to about that u can get some one to make it or you can make it ur self by using some basic guide lines everything differs from RP to RP that's why I use only one RPC and edit her to fit the RP where ever it's needed. If u want one made or want help making one lemme kno, if u need guidelines anyone can give you that...

you should base your lgit off of what youthink is needed suh as dorm room numbers in a school rp, war has weapons skills and much more added to the list. here as an advanced one that I use a lot:
Username:
Character name:
gender:
race:
Age:
Height:
Weight:
Appearance:
Personality:
special abbilities(if any):
weapon:
weapon ability:
powers/abilities:
Biography:
attacks:

It jsut depends on what you think you need for the rp. Look at other rps and add and take away what works and what doesn't work.
