If you are new to this guild, and want to intro duce you're self, then use the appropriate thread. I have seen about 10 new people threads here, and it gets annoying after a bit. Please use the correct thread. Thank you.

She's a very important person. On Gaia and in this guild, which is a SCHOOL if I may add that little side note.
People with poor writing skills come here to get better... well some of them do. Those that are monkey turds, usually get ignored or thrown out.
I can't really say my grammer is the best. sweatdrop But, hey!!! If you see something wrong, point it out! ^_^
Oh, I also want to add my two cents to the "Hello's are annoying" pot. *clink clink*

Those who are at a beginners level and who are not really willing to learn often end up leaving on their own within a week. That is, if they ever post. Do you think that all 6,000+ members have psted? No. I've had some people leave in a huff when I didn't accept them into my RP or their thread got moved somewhere that they do not like. rofl The idea for the guild was risky and at times it is quite painful to hit accept, but it has worked out because of things like that.

I actually find it rather hard to turn people away. I've only done it once because I knew he wouldn't get along with my other RPers.
I kinda end up letting in really weak profiles in the hopes that the player will get better with time and a bit of guidance.

Oh, so Penden is a secrete agent then...
Well, the Rp that I had started, I only let people in if they show that they can really in prove their Rp style, or if they are good already. But when people make up their own skills. I have preset skills, but the new people of the Rp keep trying to make up their own skills...

If Penden's name is green, wouldn't that really not make it a secret?
Don't think I can really say anything about bad grammar or annoying threads because I've only been here a few days. I'm not sure I've experienced it enough to really them.
