ok i posted this new topic simply because you can't put this topic in any category! My little brother is a spoon bender...er...to a degree...anyway, he can see things and knows things before other people do, and he can see things that we normally can't. i have seen this first hand, he is a very special child, when he was born he had a veil over his whole body and another veil over his head! a veil is said to give a person the ability to see into the future or the past and it is considered good luck to keep the veil, and i believe that this myth is completely true! i have seen things happen around my baby brother that would not happen on normal cercumstances!

sometimes people get gifts when they are born, like the veil if thatwas never on him it might have never happened. He may have never gotten it...

thats scary...a spoon bender?! kinda impossible...but hey! its tha paranormal guild...duh! anyways, i agree with gameboy1994 here, a lot of babies get veils when they are born...only your brother is special...maybe he was born that way...with a gift..woot! good thing i dont have it! but i hope that your brother is not the weird ones... xd

Spoon bender?! Impossible?! Have you never heard of Uri Geller? He's like the most famour spoon bender ever. Reports claim that people who watched him during a live show (and sometimes even by watching re-runs of the shows) began to be able to bend spoons and other items.
As for your brother ike_ackles, he does sound very gifted. Because you don't say how old he is it's possible that these powers may fade as he gets old, towards his teens or if he is already in his teens then there is also the possibility these giftes could grow.
Either way make sure you support him. They're a lot of stories of people with giftes like your brother's cracking under that pressure of critics.

i think the vail your referring to is a caul. it is an old wives tale that i happen to believe in that says that babies born with them have second sight. its also said that its sometimes more powerful if the mother has kept the membrane preserved((in a jar or what have you)).

Whats wrong Windy? Got a cold? wink My lil' Brother and I have the sight too. But I get premonitions and he doesnt. He just gets nightmares and parenoia... neutral We were both born under, odd, conditions. I was born in the middle of a blizzard that started right before my mom's water broke. And I was on the news as the " Blizzard Baby". *grumbles about mom still calling me that* And my little brother was born after 5 miscarriges with his embilicle cord wraped around his neck three times and tied in a knot. I dont know if we had cauls or not but who knows? There was a lot of confusion and randomness at out births. None of what happened was expected. I arrived just in time and he was sposed to not make it... man I'm just realizing how wierd that is.
