A small building just outside the Hokage's Tower entrance, the Mission Debriefing Room is where all the Jounin and Genin come to get their asigned missions from the Hokage and various other Jounin that have earned the right to counsil with the Hokage.
As you walk through the doorway into the wide open room, several things instantly catch your attention. One is that there is nowhere to sit, so the obvious case is that you will have to stand. The second thing is that there is a rather large 'U' shaped table infront of you with many Jounin lining it. Most of the Jounin are Academy teachers you know so well. In the center, a rather large chair sits. That is the spot where the Hokage sits.
