Constructed in the early years of Konoha's history, the Hokage Tower has served as the main point and office for the Hokage over the ages. Standing at a half-mile high in the back of the village, the tower can see the whole village with ease. This tower is the place you go to if you need to consult the Hokage. As you walk through the large double doors leading the the Hokage's office, you will instantly smell a strong scent of sulfer mixed with incence, giving a lureing aroma. The room itself is dark with a few candals strewn about to give the room an eary feeling. There are two large book cases, filled to the brim with books and scrolls, on either wall. On the far side of the room is a rather big desk with papers and small ornaments layed about it. Behind that is a rather large chair, meant for the strongest man in the village. Behind the chair is a window with the curtains covering it, denying the light access to the room. This is where you talk to the Hokage about any issue you see fit.

The Raikage, walks through the passage, distraught by the lack of security him and his two ANBU body guards walk into the room and take a seat waiting for the Hokage to arrive."Hmmm..."

Walking in and seeing someone seated, Zaron calmly walked over to the chair and sat down. "Helo there. What would the Raikage be looking for in Konoha, might I ask?" he said with a grin. He had a few pappers with him that he pushed off to the side. He looked over at the Raikage's ANBU with a curious look.

the mizukage walked into the room. "well i guess im not the only one who wants to talk with the hokage." he smiles and walked closer "well, no matter, i guess we should get started." the mizukage looked at the raikage's ANBU guards and started to think he probably should have brought some protection.

Smiling at the two Kage's that just entered the room, Zaron chuckled slightly. "You two act like you are in some sort of danger. There is no need. I am the most lax Hokage this village has seen in years. Now, what brings you to Konoha?" he asked, the question open for either of them to reply.

the mizukage looked at the hogake "i am here because i would like to propose a treaty between the water and fire countries. we feel becoming allies could benefit both of our countries greatly." the mizukage slipped a scroll out of his sleeve and opened it up revealing the entire proposition and a blank line for the hokage to sign "so what do you say?"

Zaron grabbed ahold of the scroll and read through it. "Are you looking to become allies with us because you sence an impending war against your Village and you wish to have help? Or is this just a courtesy alliance?" he asked lightly, looking up and reaching for the pen, but stopping. His gaze was judging and keen. Depending on how the Mizukage answered, Zaron might sign it.

"no we fear no war against our village, this is more of a courtesy alliance. we feel the long term effects of this alliance might be profitable for both of us." the mizukage sat calmly and waited

"I will sign this, but know. If your village and another village that I am allies with, wage war, I will come to neither of your sides. We are a Neutral Village when it comes to those affairs. Does that change your desire to have us as an ally?" Zaron asked, the pen now in hand and hovering over the parchment.

"of course not. but we would never wage war with the allies of our allie." the mizukage keeps his posture. "so will you sign?"

Zaron nodded and quickly signed the parchment. He handed it over to the Kage with a smile. "There. Is that everything I can help you with then?" he asked, awaiting their answer.

the mizukage turns and looks at the girl who just entered "umm, who might you be young lady?" the mizukage was kind of annoyed because this girl was interupting something potentially monumental.

Glancing up at the Mizukage with a blank stare and then to the girl, Zaron smiled. "Yes? What can I help you with my dear?" he asks kindly. Like he said, he was the most lax Hokage in history, so he wasn't bugged by the intrusion.
