yep its true, i figured if your a captain or a vice captain, why not have your own forum where you make the rules and be adored by your loving fans, but the thing is, i wont be picking the vice-captains anymore, once a year i will hold a voting type thing and the members can chose who runs and who wins, but only once a year, and when i hold one later, ill describe the rules, so until then, have fun and stay constant, cause i wont allow someone who doesnt do anything in the guild
edit: before you can become vice captain though, me and the current vice-captains (mostly me) will have to decide if you are worthy enough to join the crew
