1000 years of war has ripped the earth’s population into three pieces. The human race has gone into hiding for the past 150 years when dragons banded together for an all out assault against them, now only a couple hundred people remain. The dragon race is now the most powerful species on the planet they are attempting to hunt down the humans and destroy the race forever. The draka sapian species is an artificial creature that is half human, half dragon. They were created by the human military in order for them to have the ultimate soldier; the first experiment was a raging success.
Before the war started the human race had discovered dragon fossils in the Sahara desert and brought them back to a laboratory for further study. Once the military caught word of the find, they quickly formulated plans to use it. They wanted a dragon army that would give them an edge on the battlefield. They ordered the nations top scientists to clone dragons from the fossils, thus started the dragon wars.
650 Years passed and the earth’s landscape was battered, and singed from countless battles. Fighting was everywhere, everyday there was another dragon attack and everyday more people were killed and everyday more and more people became slaves to the ruthless dragon leader, known as the Marquis. Still the people fought and dragons were killed by the military in hopes that one day they would win the war. As the days went by, victory seemed more impossible than ever.
In a last ditch effort the few remaining scientists took the DNA of tame dragon and fused it with that of a human. The first experiment succeeded, the test subject grew talons on their fingers and tows. They sprouted wings and gained heightened sight, hearing, and vision. When they were mass produced however something went wrong and they broke free and now are flourishing, out of the humans’ control. The draka sapians now pose a threat to both Dragons and humans a like.

8. Character Biography : Cain was born, not created, and was quite happy as a child with his two older sisters, never knowing his parents. However, when they were killed just for being what they were, he started avoiding any fights or anyone he saw. He walks around, cloaked completly with only his eyes showing, wandering around aimlessly, feeding his sadness and dislike for others.

Lennett wanders the empty streets of the underground human city lost in thought.
"I wonder when the dragons are going to find us. We can't possibly hide forever. If I have to give a reason for joining the army it would be to find and kill the dragon that killed my parents. If I can do that I will be happy." he thought.

Cain wandered around, carefully avoiding brushing against anyone else. He was very hungry, but he was so broke it circled back around from not being funny back around to being funny.

Alliea walked along the broken sidewalk, huming her mother's song.

She sang the words under her breath.

"Well, Cain, You don't sound very good. And you look like you could use a good meal. Let me buy you something to eat, my treat." said Lennett, with a big smile on his face. "It's the least I could do for running into you."
