I know you can get it online, but nothing strains my eyes more than reading a BOOK online.

Where should you buy yours?

I'd advise browsing the Religion sections of used bookstores first, then hitting mainstream bookstores for well-known works and ordering more-obscure publications online (Amazon has proven useful to me).

You can also check the (online?) catalogs of Buddhist publication companies, like Snow Lion and Shambala Press.

As much as I hate to, I'd read the Tripitaka online. D:!

I know accesstoinsight.org has it. Or at least, most of it. I think they're still waiting on good translations of certain sutras. 3nodding

Here's the link to Shambhala Publishing, where you can purchase a wide range of books on Buddhism as well as a variety of other subjects: http://www.shambhala.com/

Snow Lion Publications is a great company for Tibetan Buddhist works: http://www.snowlionpub.com/

...and for some online Sutras: http://www.sinc.stonybrook.edu/Clubs/buddhism/sutras_main.html

Much thanks, guys. I'll check these out, too.
And much thanks to the OP for bringing this to hand, so that I may experience free online Sutras!
Woohoo!

You know you can just print it and then for convinience sake, put it in a binder. But thats if you have enough paper and ink. biggrin

That'd take, like, forever! If you're going to do this, take it to Kinko's or something - sure, they'll charge you, but it'd be WAY cheaper than the ink cartridge costs. xd

how much does kinko's cost
