Ok here is the idea we are children of the gods matchings of gods and mortals. Just to let you know Hera and Aphrodite have taken a vow never to have children so they are out. As a rule for having offspring Poseidon Zeus and Hades have been forbidden to have children because they are to powerful and could wreak havoc on the mortal world. So there may be only one descendant of the big three. This is mostly based on the series Percy Jackson and the Olympians. You also can be the descendant of an unknown god so we keep the powers at random and different. It would also be easier to make a character way.

Weapon: In self defense, Morgan uses her usually decorative jointed ring as a weapon. If willing, she is able to use it as one might use a small dagger.

Abilities: Morgan is able to conceal herself in shadows cast by people or objects, and may use the darkness to shift her appearance or form.

History: Morgue has had a childhood filled with turmoil, happiness, and confusion. Her birth came as a pleasant surprise to the Astronomer Dylan Lithae, though he had not the faintest idea how to properly raise a child, nevermind that of the offspring of an immortal.

Even so, he assumed the title of father and raised Morgan indifferently, though alert to any dangers she may find or pose. He taught her of the constellations and the night, explaining, or attempting to, of how he met her mother. She could never understand why her mother never attempted to be with her, though she always felt like kind eyes were watching her in the night. At school, she felt isolated as others had mothers, and she did not. When she spoke up that she was the "Child of Night", things did not go over too well.

Immediately it affected her stereotype, and soon she grew to be the center of conversation. In highschool, she was able to make a few close friends, but since their graduation two months ago, the friends have separated. Her father works often, keeping her origins hidden by saying that her mother had left them when she was born. Her attraction to the darkness and night left her to find her own abilities as a demi-goddess, but her father only knows of her ability to conceal. Her fascination of the starlight caused her to bleach her hair white, though without the dye it has the pigment of a complete, bold black. Her pseudonym came about by her letters to her friend in Scotland, who is her only friend still in communication and who jokes about her fascination with night and the macabre.

charis walked up to zinc, who was a friend of hers from school. being a satyr, she knew a lot about zinc but zinc knew her as his friend lily, a huge nerd in school but a normal person. "hey zinc!" lily (charis) yelled, "how are you? you're okay, right?" Zinc, looked up at lily and smiled. when charis looked up at the sky, she knew that kery was watching zinc so she just smiled and waved up at kery.

"oh me?" lily asked, "Well...remember when i told you that i was an orphan and i lived alone? well...i was just waving to my mother's spirit because as you know i am very spiritual." zinc looked up and shrugged. "oh c'mon! i'm not at it again! who said i can't have some fun?" charis asked kery. kery rolled his eyes. "anyways," charis continued, "i'm fine. i finished my homework and i found out something about your dad. i know him." she winked and asked, "and since you are one of my best friends, i just wanted to know if i could show you something really cool. if you don't mind. i've kept this place a secret from all of my other friends and this also explains why i never let anyone come over to my house. wanna see it?" kery sighed and said something about charis trying to steal his job. charis looked at him in a funny kind of anger. "i am not trying to steal your job! i simply want to help! as i usually have for the last 4 decades!"
