.:Introduction:.Welcome to the OOC thread for The Last Stand of Lahrhein! The setup of the roleplay will be found here as well as in the actual roleplaying thread, for your convenience. All character applications must be posted in this thread, not in the roleplaying thread. If you are here just to watch and critique, or if you wish to throw in some ideas about the plot, please feel free to post here.
This roleplay is roughly based on a book series that I am writing. It takes place in a different world, with its own powers, races, history, and land. Larhrhien is the name of the land in the east. You could call it a continent, if you wish. There are five seperate kingdoms in this land, but they are all tied together by history. The rest of the land, most of the history, and all of the races, powers and other such things are irrelevant here. All that you need to know for the roleplay is provided below. If you ever need to know more, you can post your questions in OOC here, or you can ask one of my two characters IC.
Within the last few generations, the land of Lahrhein has been going through some troubling times. One of the countries, rapidly gaining power as it goes, is waging war against the other countries. Many conflicts are happening within the royal families, and once-forgotten peoples and histories are born again. Now, the countries are forming their alliances, reclaiming what was lost to them, and more. The rebel kingdom is hardheaded and strong, but others that have lost their claims have much more than strength. It is up to time and cooperation alone to see how it will end.
There are still some things being decided, such as the names of the individual kingdoms. The thread is open for discussion about things like these, and ideas are very welcome, in fact, encouraged. This thread is the OOC thread for a long-term rp thread that I will be opening up if this hits off.[Introduction][Storyline][Rules][Character Information][Character Profiles][Setting][Important Events][Recap][Things to Know][White/Black List][Announcements][Grand Opening]

.:Storyline:. Once Upon A Time . . . This story takes place in a time almost medieval. There are no cars in this story. Everyone travels by foot or horse. Castles, buildings and homes are made by stone, clay, or other material, and everything is made by hand. There is no advanced machinery. Swords, bows and arrows, and other weapons of this sort are used, instead of machine guns, revolvers, and other modern war equipment. Ladies wear skirts or dresses at all times, and men usually wear some sort of outfit representing their people. People make their own clothes. According to their calendar, the year will be marked for now as 1549. The calendar is somewhat like our own, having months and weeks, but it is still slightly different. I will explain the calendar and other pieces of knowledge you will need about the time and era in much more detail in the setting section.
. . . In A Land Far, Far Away . . . This is a fictional story, and is therefore based on fictional geography. There is no specific place in the world that this story takes place on. The land is full of mountains, hills, and other basic topography. It would take one person traveling swiftly on horse a year and a half to get from the far east area of the map to the far west area of the map. Due to harsh geographical barriers, it would take one person traveling as swiftly as possible slightly more than a year to travel from north to south. I will explain which kingdoms are located where and other such details later on.
. . . There Stood Five Thrones . . . There are literally five thrones carved out of rock for the rulers of the kingdoms. You can learn more about these five thrones, where to find them, and what they represent throughout the story by the characters Kashiq and Christi, who know all of the legends. The five thrones are for the five kingdoms of the story. One throne stands for the kingdom and people of Queen Kiadel. A second throne stands for the kingdom of the now few people left of the roaming tribe of Christi. This tribe has few people, but they have power of vision, and can be found wherever the hurt are, healing the wounds and sicknesses. These people are a neutral people. The third throne stands tall for Kashiq and his people, although they are now outlawed and live amongst the trees. The fourth throne was made for the tribe that follows Richard. They roam their country freely and fight viciously against any one that enters their lands unbidden. These people are also neutral, and will rarely aid anyone other than their own. The last throne is for the people of Isgaroth. Isgaroth is an enemy to the other four tribes, and is trying to take over all of the lands and rule them as his own. In this story, he is a representation of evil, but he does not necessarily lose.
. . . And Never A King Could Be Decided Upon . . . Originally, the five kingdoms were actually two kingdoms. The kingdoms of Kashiq, Kiadel, Richard, and Isgaroth were all united under one banner, and were once the most powerful people in all of the land. Christi's kingdom was always its own separate kingdom. The people of that tribe were wise beyond all other kingdoms, and the four kingdoms united would come together and follow that kingdom. The ruler of the great kingdom would look upon all four kings brought before him or her, and he would choose one of them to lead all. This was done every time a new king came to a throne. There was a great war however, caused by the ancestors of Isgaroth, and the sixth throne was thrown down and destroyed, ending the peaceful rule. From then on, there has never been peace between any of the kingdoms, and the kingdoms never again united.
. . . Wars Raged Ever On On Every Border . . . The ancestors of Isgaroth have always strived for power, and this caused many wars. When they destroyed the sixth throne, all of the kingdoms broke up. Only the royal families and the great scribes now remember what happened. The kingdoms refuse to join with the other kingdoms surrounding them, each fearing betrayal. Many times, blood is shed between a citizen of one kingdom and another simply for crossing the same road. The people have long forgotten the truth about their division, and have each come to believe their own myths of what happened. The royal families and their friends do not listen to these myths, and will often times go and speak privately to each other, becoming good friends, but cannot declare open friendship for fear of being cut down by their people for turning into traitors.
. . . While Kingdoms Once Destroyed Rose Again . . . Isgaroth's grandfather was a powerful leader constantly striving for power. In Isgaroth's grandfather's rule, their people drove the tribe that now follows Richard out of their homes, forcing them onto a single, small area of land. They invaded the rest of the area, and left it heavily guarded. Now, Richard's tribe are enemies with Isgaroth's tribe, and are willing to team up with any one of the other tribes if it means getting their land back. Isgaroth's grandfather then felt so sure of his forces that he tried an attack on the kingdom of Kashiq in Kashiq's father's rule. Kashiq's kingdom easily drove them back, but the royal family was reported dead afterwards. When Kashiq later on declared himself, he was not accepted as their king, and they have continued on 'kingless' ever since the attack. Kashiq's parents took their revenge for the sake of their people before they were killed, however. Kashiq's father engaged in a swordfight with Isgaroth's grandfather, where he wounded Isgaroth, and was stabbed behind. Kashiq's father died that night, but Isgaroth's grandfather was helped as much as possible, and made as comfortable as possible in his home, where he passed away less than a month after the fight. In anger, Isgaroth's father took Kashiq and his mother captive. Kashiq was still young, and not old enough to bear arms. In a desperate attempt to free her son and send with him a strand of hope for her kingdom, Kashiq's mother gathered up all of the captives and got them ready to fight. The power of Isgaroth's people was too strong for them to have ever had a chance, but Kashiq got the chance to slip away silently. Just before he did, he watched silently behind a bush as his mother came upon Isgaroth's father and struck him in the temple with a powerful blow, knocking him to the ground and killing him almost instantly. She was killed moments later by a soldier. Isgaroth also saw this, and vowed revenge against the kingdom. Both of these kingdoms and Richard's now dwindling people slunk back into dark times, while their people recovered from their blows, and the heirs grew old enough to accept their crowns.
. . . And Enemies Became Allies . . . Since Isgaroth's grandfather's rising, the four other kingdoms have become allies to one another in some way. Richard's Kingdom: Richard and Kashiq's mother were good friends before Kashiq's mother became Queen. When she had Kashiq, she asked Richard to be his godfather in case anything were to happen to the King and Queen. As of now, Richard and Kashiq have a close relationship. Therefore, when times get hard, the two kingdoms will be there for each other, following their leaders.
Kiadel's Kingdom: Kiadel's parents made sure her kingdom was well taken care of. While there is no tie as of yet with Richard's kingdom, her kingdom has ties with the other two. Kiadel's parents always held their door open for Christi when she was traveling, and always wanted to further their wisdom. At their request, she was present at Kiadel's birth, and has since become a well-known figure in Kiadel's life. Now, Kiadel follows her parent's lead in keeping her door open for Christi, and the two have become best friends, just as her mother had been before. She also knows Kashiq from when he was sent out of his country as a slave. She found him in the fields, and her parents bought him to come and work on their lands. Kiadel's father figured out who Kashiq was and paid for his freedom. Ever since then, Kashiq has been close friends with Kiadel's family, considering them the closest thing he had to one since the death of his parents. Kashiq and Kiadel have also been romantically involved since then, and are married, although only their closest and most trusted friends can know this, because if anyone finds out, they could be shunned and forced out of their kingdoms to live as outlaws. Kiadel also personally knew Isgaroth. The two of them had met each other here and there. Isgaroth always liked Kiadel, which made him all the more vengeful against Kashiq for their close relationship.
Kashiq's Kingdom: Kashiq, as said earlier, has close ties with both of the above kingdoms. He found Richard after his parents had died, and was more or less raised by him. He was, at least, watched by Richard. He and Richard have a good relationship to the date, and are very close. When he was still growing up, their camp was raided, and Kashiq was taken in as a slave. It is here that the story picks up with Kiadel. Kiadel's father bought him and brought him to live here. He was treated almost like family, as most slaves on Kiadel's father's land, and hung out often with Kiadel when his work for the day was done. While the two of them developed a good bond, Kiadel's father figured out who Kashiq was. He spoke of this to no one, however, save his wife and Kashiq. Kashiq's freedom was bought just before Kiadel's home was attacked by Isgaroth's grandfather. He, having known life as a wanderer himself, took Kiadel and her brother and sister, and the few slaves that were left, and fled to the mountains nearby. It was here that Kiadel found out who he was and they first admitted their affections for each other. Kashiq was later on beaten and left for dead by one of Isgaroth's guards, and was there found by Christi. He stayed in her healing room for a while, where he could heal both physically and mentally properly. While he was there, he and Christi became close friends, and he pushed her for any sort of knowledge or wisdom she could give him. He never forgot her kindness to him, and continues to repay it often, while also visiting her and keeping her company.
Christi's Kingdom: Christi knew Kiadel's parents very well, and was well treated anytime she ever went that way. To repay the kindness of Kiadel's parents, she continuously watched over Kiadel and instructed her as she grew. Kiadel was very open to this, and the two developed a great relationship. She found Kashiq on the side of the road, and took him in for care. She knew him to be Kashiq immediately, although that did not persuade her in or out of friendship with him. She approved very happily his quest for knowledge and insight, and also developed a good relationship with him. Having both a good relationship with Kashiq, and a good relationship with Kiadel, Christi soon found out about Kashiq and Kiadel. She was very pleased by this, and saw something great in the future of their kingdoms because of this, and therefore married them privately when they came to her. Christi has no personal relationship with Richard or any of his people, but she has helped them out at times, when they were too tired or unconscious to notice. She has no thoughts one way or the other on this people. Christi has personally known Isgaroth, and found his heart too vengeful. He lashed out on her when she told him, and from then on proclaimed his hatred for her to anyone that would listen. Christi counted this as no loss on her part, but continued to watch over and heal his people when they needed it in spite of him and his claims.
. . . Kings Arose And Took Their Last Stand . . . This part will be played in the story. This is the part where Kashiq and Richard arise and claim their thrones, and Kashiq, Isgaroth, Kiadel and Richard all stand up and fight for what they claim as their own. Isgaroth fights for all, and the others fight for their own, and what was taken from them. Christi will not fight here. She is a healer, not a fighter.
. . . Peace Was Brought Once Again . . . The ending of this is supposed to be that the three kingdoms gain back what is theirs, and crush the threat of Isgaroth's kingdom, forcing it under their submission, so as to never let this happen again. When the years of fighting are over, there is supposed to be peace over all the land and the great throne is supposed to be restored. I do speak in no more than supposed-to's. This is a role play, and therefore whether or not this happens is up to the people playing.
. . . And Unity Was Finally Restored. At the end of my books, Isgaroth's kingdom will be destroyed, and the three other kingdoms will become like one, with three sections. Christi and her people will watch over all of the kingdoms, and all kingdoms will make their decisions together, at the cost of a few of the people. The kingdoms of Kashiq and Kiadel will be united by their daughter, and Richard will watch over her. Kiadel will die in the books and Kashiq will disappear, but this is, again, a role play, so the player shall decide this later on.

.:Rules:.
.:Follow the Gaia ToS:. Everything MUST be in line with the Gaia ToS. I have been known to report people IMMEDIATELY for breaking these rules. I won't accept it in my forum, so don't do it.
[Profiles]
.: Post all profiles here :. I hate people posting profiles in the rp thread, but at the same time, my pm can get cluttered easily without more. So, if you would please, post you profile here, so that everyone can see it without cluttering the rp thread. I do answer pms when you send it, but I hate it when someone tries to override my authority. This is my thread.
.:Follow all of my Character Joining Rules:. I will have rules about the characters joining. If you can't follow them, I can't accept you. If you break the rules when you ask, I'm going to have to deny you until you get it right. It's simple to get in. Just follow the rules like I ask, prove that you can handle two paragraphs a post in your sample, and fix any mistakes I point out to you when I point them out. If that's not too much to take in, and you should be fine.
.:You May Have up to Two Characters:. You must start out with only one character. If you have proved yourself to be a good roleplayer and post often, you may ask for a second character. I will allow second characters to players on a case to case basis. If you never show up, or barely meet the minimum requirements, I am not going to give you the responsibility of two characters. If you would like two characters, this is your option of getting it. I hate having one person control everything however, except me, since I made the thread, so the limit is two.
.:Your Character Cannot be All Powerful:. Every character must have his or her strengths and weaknesses. There is no having the power to destroy the world or anything else of the like. You are a human being in this thread. You must be able to die, and you must have your weaknesses. If I find a character that has too many strengths and not enough weaknesses, I will not accept it until that is fixed. Also, if a character that I have already accepted seems too powerful to me, I will ask you to change it.
.:There are no Races in this Roleplay:. This means no demons, no angels, no elves, no witches, etc. All characters are human. There are also no powers. This includes magical weapons that give you powers. If the things that your character can do are not able to be done by human beings today, something is wrong.
.:Wait for My Acceptance:. Your character may be very nice, but you are not a part of this thread until I accept it. I know this may seem tough, but I am a harsh judge, and I do not allow anyone into my thread unless it meets all requirements to my satisfication. If you join the rp and start posting before I accept you, I will immediately put you on probation. If you come back, I will ban you.
[Post Requirements]
.:Sizes:. Posts with font sizes from nine down can be really frustrating for people like myself who do not have good vision. Posts with font sizes from 12 up make threads look messy and annoying. Therefore, I want all posts to be between 10 and 11 font sizes. It is not too hard on the eyes, and makes the thread look much neater. If you post too big or too small, and refuse to change it when I ask you, I will put you on probation.
.:Thoughts, Speech, and Colors:. This thread would look very nice and neat if we follow these instructions. You must choose a certain color for your character. (It's in the requirements to join.) When you post, I want the majority of the post typed in black. All thoughts and speech are to be posted in your character's specific color. Thoughts are to be typed in italics, and speech will be typed in bold. Did I make that simple enough? I also want other character's speech in bold in another color.
.:Minimum Length:. The minimum length here is three paragraphs with at least seven sentences per post. If this sounds harsh to you, maybe this isn't the right rp for you. Remember that this is the bare minimum. This is for rough points starting out, writer's block, and situations where you aren't left with much room. I would appreciate it if you kept these posts rare and occasional, using longer and more descriptive posts more often. Notice how there is no maximum length. I have visited some threads where the participants were asked not to write a book in their posts because the GM didn't like to read that much. I am very against this in my threads. I am an avid reader, and would love long posts. If you can write a ten-paragraph post with as much quality as you have when you write a three-paragraph post, by all means, go ahead!
.:Third person only:. I have no problem with first person narratives, and I can stand asterisks for actions and such of the like, but not in my thread. I want this written in a novel-like fashion. This means quotation marks for speech, proper spelling and grammer, etc. I understand that some books can be written in first person, not third, but I prefer third, and it makes things flow much better if everyone writes in the same fashion. I would also like every post to be in the past tense.
[Other Thread Rules]
.: Posting OOC:. This is the OOC thread, so I would ask that all OOC comments come here. I would like all posts in OOC to still be in sizes 10-11, and written in your character's chosen color. I'm a freak about neatness, so if you don't do what I command, I will probably get very cranky and upset, and put you on probation.
.:No Bumping or Posting For Money:. This is a roleplay area, not a chatterbox area, or a gold machine. Bumping constantly annoys the crap out of me and will get you a great headstart to getting banned from all of my rp's. Please leave bumping for another thread. This also goes for any other creative posts you might make up to earn gold.
.:No Godmodding:. There is nothing more frustrating than reading the recent posts and finding that my character has just lost a fight without my fighting, or murdered the next door neighbor without my knowledge, etc. I made my rp character so I could play it, not so it could be played by others. I am sure I am not along in this. If someone goes on a trip, you may drag them along, but you may not do anything major to someone else's character while they are gone. While participant's are here, hands off their characters. Look at it this way: All characters in this thread are monotheistic. They only serve one god, and that is their creator. (Aka the roleplayer)
. razz ost At Least Thrice a Week:. This is an active rp. If you cannot take the time to write up AT LEAST three good posts per week, there is no need to be here. If you must go on a trip somewhere, or you cannot be here for any reason, post in the Hiatus sticky at the top of the forum. Don't worry about it not being seen. I will check it regularly. Otherwise, if you cannot consistently post three posts per week, you will receive two warnings, and then you will be put on probation. If you dissappear for two full weeks, your character will be put on standby. If you come back, and wish to continue roleplaying your character, you had better have a good reason for ditching the thread. If you do not come back within four weeks after your last post, your character will be put up for grabs.
.: Do Not Kill or Hurt Any Other Characters Without Permission:. If you want to fight, hurt, or kill someone, you must first get it approved by me and the other rper. I will not allow the killing off of any characters often. For now, don't even ask me. As the rp progresses, I might be more open to it in special cases, but I do not like killing, and will not have it often. Do not fight or hurt any other character without first getting my permission! This will result in an automatic probation. If you are banned from my thread, you will be banned from all of my threads, so don't get banned! Also, if you are white-listed in my thread, or if I have role-played with you before and found you worthy of the white list, you will be on the white list for all of my role plays, so it goes both ways.
.: PM Me All Plot Twists:. Plot twists are fun, and I'd love to throw some in if you think of any, so don't be afraid to pm me and tell me about them. Please do not randomly throw them in. If the plot gradually twists, [e.g. enemy characters meet, become friends, fall in love much later, or friends grow distant, fight more than once, become enemies, etc.], I am fine, but I want everything that you are about to do that will affect the entire story pmed to me before any action is taken. This is still my thread, and while I am open to see it change and evolve into its full potential, I want to be informed - or else. You will be warned if you do this, and very near to being put on probation, if you don't kiss my feet and give me olives!
.: Probation and Banning:. If you read my rules like you should have, you have probably alreayd noticed my threats of probation. I do not ban immediately, except on rare occasions, like breaking the ToS. I start off by putting a character on probation. Probation means you are not officially banned from the thread, but you are not allowed into it for a certain amount of time, varying upon the case. If you decide to break my probation law, then I will immediately ban you. You will get notice when you are banned or on probation, and when your probation lets up. If you continue to harrass me and my thread, I will call upon a higher power to deal with you individually.
I have the right to change the thread's rules at any time, so be sure to check back at the announcements page often! If you have read all of the rules, put something about olives in your Character's Profile when you request to join. Olives and cheese, black olives, green olives, I don't care. Just put olives in there somewhere. .:Character Information:.
.:Kashiq Played by: Talitha_rize Kashiq, also known as Andy at times, is one of the five rulers. Most of the kingdom does not know this, however, and he is better known as an outlaw than their king. Those that are still loyal to him reside with him in the forest. He has a mini-kingdom up in the trees that no outsider knows of. In this thread, Kashiq is all-knowing. If any character has any questions, they can come to him and get them answered, if they can find him. Kashiq is romantically involved with Kiadel, and good friends with Christi. He is also the god-son of Richard. He is Isgaroth's main enemy.
.:Kiadel:. Played by: Kiadel is one of the five rulers. She lives in her castle on the border of her country, near the woods where Kashiq and his forces reside. Her parents died when she was ten years old. She has a younger twin sister, Rebekkah, and a brother three years her junior, Matthew. She is romantically involved with Kashiq, but tells noone other than her most trusted friends of this. She is also good friends with Christi, who married the two of them. She slips away sometimes to visit Kashiq, but not often.
.:Richard:. Played by: Richard is one of the five rulers. His people are now wanderers, with a small country, as their original land and homes have been overtaken by Isgaroth's grandfather. He was very close friends with Kashiq's parents, especially his mother, and his now Kashiq's godfather. He has heard of Kiadel through Kashiq, but has not heard her name, and does not know she is a Queen. He has also seen and spoken to Christi, but only once, and they have never spoken to each other since. He respects Christi to the highest degree, but has no desire to know her personally. He hates Isgaroth, and wants revenge against him.
.:Isgaroth:. Played by: Isgaroth is one of the five rulers. He is, in essence, the 'bad guy' of this thread. He wants to take over the land as his own, and become the one and only ruling king, as did his ancestor's before him. He has a much deeper motive now, however. He watched Kashiq's parents kill his own, and now wants his revenge. His grandfather had figured out that Richard knew the royal family personally, and is now setting out his forces against Richard and his people, along with Kashiq and his people. He does not yet know that Kashiq and Kiadel love each other, or that Kashiq and Christi are good friends. He met Christi once before, but he wanted nothing to do with her and her advice. His main goal is revenge against Kashiq.
.:Christi:. Played by: Talitha_rize Christi is the greatest of the five rulers. She is also an all-knowing character. Any character that has a question or problem but cannot find Kashiq or would rather find Christi, will find all of their answers with her. I have made and am playing both of these characters to make in-character information retrievable. Christi is the healer. She is ageless, and is the most powerful leader, although she is too wise and peaceful to use this in any wrong way. She has the power of healing, wisdom, and can see things from the past, present and future. She knows much about all of the rulers below her. She is good friends with Kashiq and Kiadel, and knows both Richard and Isgaroth, although they do not know her. She is angered by Isgaroth's foolishness, and watches him closely. She watches over the entire kingdom, heals it where and when necessary, and intervenes to stop harm when and where absolutely essential.
.:Rebekkah:. Played by: Rebekkah is Kiadel's twin sister. She is Kiadel's most trusted confidante. She is technically a princess, and helps watch over and guide the kingdom. When Kiadel needs help with a decision about ruling the kingdom, she comes to Rebekkah. Otherwise, Rebekkah has nothing to do with the kingdom. She finds ruling it an exhausting job and is glad that her sister does it instead of her. She is much more playful and light-hearted than her twin sister, who takes everything to heart and contemplates everything. She is a friend of Christi's, but she is not as close to her as Kiadel is. Her mind usually revolves around light things. She's honest, trustworthy, playful, and intelligent.
.:Matthew:. Played by: Matthew is the younger brother of Kiadel and Rebekkah. He, like Rebekkah, loves to have fun and play around, but also likes to help Kiadel. He is intelligent, tall and strong, a good comination in those days. Kiadel is teaching him swordfighting. When he is older, Kiadel is planning on handing the kingdom over to his rule and going to live with Kashiq. Matthew sees Christi around his sisters, but never really talks to her himself. He rarely ever sees Kashiq, but they are good friends when they do see each other.
.:Aaron:. Played by: Aaron is Kashiq's best friend and second-hand man. He lives in the tree-forts that Kashiq built, in one very close to Kashiq's. He is very learned in lore, and for the things he does not know, he consults Kashiq. He is also very good at fighting, and fights often to keep the land safe from Isgaroth's men. Aaron is trustworthy, and is trusted with everything from Kashiq. If anything happens to Kashiq, Kashiq has asked Aaron to step up as king, since he as of yet has no heir. If Kashiq survives the war and becomes king, but still has no heir, Aaron's son will become his heir.

.:Character Profiles:.I am very a**l and picky when it comes to these profiles, so read over the entire thing carefully. If you do not follow all of the rules, or post too little information, I cannot allow you to just jump in. You must make me want you to join my rp. That means I want your profile to be as detailed, informative and interesting as possible. If you cannot prove to me that you really want to be a part of this roleplay, and are willing ot give it the extra work, I will not let you in.
Some rules for the character profiles:
Do not change anything in the code except in the areas where it specifically says 'insert here'.
Choose a color for your character. Do not choose a bright color. Anything I have to highlight to read is too bright for me. If you are going by the basic colors on the post selection, dark red, red, brown, green, olive, blue, darkblue, and indigo are perfectly acceptible. Insert the color in all of the 'insert your choice color here' areas. You will use this color in the rest of the rps, so choose something you like.
Fill out the bio and personality thoroughly. I said three and four paragraph minimum, but if you give me three sentences for paragraph, that does not make it acceptible. I want you to make it so interesting and enthralling that I can't deny you.
Do not make out unruly biographies. Your character did not raise himself or herself in the woods since he or she was a year old. My nephew is a year old, and he can't even dress himself yet, much less raise himself. Your character can go to a certain extent, but whatever you write must be humanly possible.
If you do not have a middle name, just don't write it.
Age is not a requirement, but it is strongly suggested. As for me, Christi's age is meant to be unknown, and I am not sure how old I am going to make Kashiq. Since I do not have an age for my characters, I will not enforce it harshly on you. If you have a specific age in mind, please write it, though. Otherwise, mark it as unknown. I will eventually have an age for Kashiq, and I want most characters to have definite ages. If you have a reason for not having an age discuss it with me over pms.
As far as the homeland is concerned, I am still not sure about the names of the lands. I will have them up before the actuall thread is possible, but for now, write the land with the name of the leader. i.e. Kiadel's land. If you have ideas about the names, please tell me about them.
I want everything written in third person, in a novel-like attitude.
Read the rules for your last requirement here.

.:Setting:.
.:Calendar:.
The calendar consists of thirteen months. Each month has four full weeks to it, a total of 28 days, except for the seventh month, which has 29 days. The twenty-ninth day is a part of no week, but stands in itself. It is the mid-day. It is nuzzled in between the second and third week of the month, slipping in on the fifteenth day.
Soon enough, I will have a calendar posted up, but it may take a while to get up here.
The rest is coming soon.
