I already found a place to level up and gain mana, but I want to get better at the weapons my characters use, so where could I practice my weapons?
also, when I used a cheat device to put up the debug menu, I found a place where it looked like a computer should be used. was it some kind of thing that the game programers used?

Anyways, get characters to lvl 100+, then go into the dungeons. The higher the level of the dungeon, and the deeper the floor, the better chance of getting better and more starred weapons.
Debug mode is used by programmers to find, as the name would imply, bugs and such and correct them. So yeah, computers are required to deal with code in debug mode.
