  Welcome to the quest. Before you start, me and Al wanted to let you know about some of the rules around here. Unfortunately, if you break three of them, then your put on a list that cant be changed. So, lets start with number 1.
1. Pm me your profiles- I cant tell you how much this one counts. I dont want to read through this RP looking for signups, it is just annoying. If it is on here, then it doesnt count
2. Cussing- As we all know, I can cuss alot, but that doesnt mean that you can go crazy, if you start shooting off, your breaking a rule.
3. Respect- Treat you fellow RP'er kind. If your nice to them, they will be nice to you
4. God-modding- The only god modding allowed is from the moderators, but it will be used strictly. Once a bit of the philosophers stone is acquired, the character is allowed a set amount of god mod posts.
5. The Black list- When you are put on a black list, youre not only kicked from this rp, you are put on a warning list for all my other rps. Every time you appear on a warning list, you are given one less warning. After being black listed from three of my rps, you will be put on Perma ban from all my rps.
6.Cybering- This is the Golden Rule!Breaking this will grant you an automatic black list trip. I do not tolerate it. Romancing is ok, but take it to far and you will be kicked from the rp.The Black List

Explanation
All of the characters shall start off in central. They will be strewn across the city from the State Offices to the outskirts. Start wherever you want.
This RP's purpose is a race for the Philosophers stone. First there is Ed and Al, searching for it (They have episode 1 knowledge but will progress) The state will search for it to start another war on the rest of the world. And, the obvious reason for the homunculi.
As for the battle style, the battles will take phases. Both fighters will post a move and a battle moderator will choose the winner. If there is some dissatisfaction with the battle decisions, then the battle phase will be redone. The battle moderators will base the round on three things.
1. Grammar and spelling- If you mispell "Attack" then it will pass. but if you type "He lunchd his beem at the face uf his opp" Then it will be given to the other fighter
2. Connection- If one fighter types "he would aim the stone for the forehead of E2" and the other types "he avoids the attack and slams E1's face into the ground" The round will be given to the first fighter.
3. Respect- If you are near defeat, and you cuss the other fighter out, the match will be given to the other fighter. Mild cussing is accepted here, but if you cuss to phsyce out, it is considered a forefeit.
Certain items will be found during travels. Money, keys etc. Anything that will help the character. At times, pieces of the philosophers stone can be found at random times. I will post a section for different items and their affect. A moderator can decide at random times when someone finds an item, and what amount of it. It will be displayed in (()).
None of this is written in stone, if some players have better suggestions for the battle system, please Pm me with them. Certain ideas will be rewarded with items or titles (depending on how good they are.
Now, when I say titles, it particularly applies to state. They will be promoted through battles or finding a track. These promotions will grant alot of things to the character. from more items to more information tracks. A track is something that leads further into the finding of the philosophers stone. It can be discovered by talking to certain characters or reading certain books.
When a track is found, it can be shared between alchemists and state (unless the state character is part of the evil half)
More updates will yeild more information on the subjects in this post. Update 8-14-07 I fine tuned the explanation post
