Yeah well so much for that dream.
I get to work today after I called in saying I was running just a little late cuz I got stuck in a cashier line at the store while I was grocery shopping. Well these two little punks who hang out at the mall all the time are there. I knew one of them was being hired on but the other one was always hanging around. So I talk to my boss about it and he said he was replacing one of my co-workers because he's been undependable (obviously having severe food-poisoning makes you undependable). Nothing significant occurred to me at first about it, then I realized he was hiring both of them. So I asked why he was hiring both of them if he was only replacing one person. Then the Jackass tells me he's replacing me too because I'm not dependable either. I was shocked. I've missed 4 days in 4 months; one of them being this past Saturday when I was in a frickin' car accident! Next time I'll make sure I can schedule being hit by a drunk driver!
If that wasn't bad enough, he stole my design! When I first came back to work here, he asked me to design a new company logo for him. So I worked my a** off creating 3 different looks for him to choose from. He chose the more simple of the three and started using it in his business with the promise of payment as soon as he could. So I come into work today and notice the design has been changed by basically switching the colors; then he has the audacity to tell me its no longer my design because of it being changed and that he wasn't going to pay me for the extra work I did!
So I'm calling the b*****d tonight when my shifts ends and telling him he can have his new boys but I'm quitting! stressed
