I'm havin' like a meteor shower or something in my town, and everytime a star whizzes by, I press "A" and nothing happens! IT JUST HAPPENED AGAIN!!!! I'm not holding anything. My character just goes into a little praying position, and then just leaves it!! AARGH!!

Wait until the following day, you'll receive a letter from "Wishy the Star" with a 'Spotlight Item' attached.
Wishing upon more than one star will not result in more letters being sent.

Any place I've ever seen on the Internet that tells about Wishy and his gifts always said I could ask for whatever I wanted. Oh well.

When was the meteor shower? On the 12th of August perhaps?
Because that's whe there was a meteor shower IN REAL LIFE.
I didn't play AC then because I was watching the actual thing. cool
I counted 35.

I'm always too late for wishing stars-By the time I see one, it's already halfway accross the screen. And I used to get them all the time...the last time I saw one was probably in may!
