The Matron's Tower
Note: This is only for the Matron herself. So you have an idea of the what she is doing to help the clan. Only High Authority officials can post, but that is on the request of the Matron.
Sarah Lady, the Matron of the Service, works diligently in her room. She rests in the highest tower of the guild, keeping a hawk eye on her clan. Her room is in constant disarray, contrasting from her organized and structured personality. She stays in her tower bedroom to work with new ideas. Brainstroming constantly, she always has something up her sleeve.

Sarah worked diligently as she racked up new ideas for the clan and its guild. Looking down from the window near her desk, she spots the clan, not many at this moment. Of course, the clan only just began recently, so what can you expect? She sighed contently as she looked away from the windowsill and continued her brainstorming.
Muttering away, you could hear names of High Authority officials. There was an occasional "Emma," the Recruitments Department Captain, and "Elizabeth," the Security Department Captain. She had sent them out to work on the construction of their departments, as well as creating their class sytems for their following classes. She was glad to have these two hardworking women on her side. They'd be meeting each other at the training area (thread) for the Rookie ranking recruits.
She began to write in her work diary:
August 13th
As things began to form for the guild, I have noticed that my plans are truly shaping. After so many failures with past ideas, I have finally achieved success. Both Emma and Elizabeth have been helpful in my quest for an excellent clan. We've been looking for new possible Trustees and I have been able to spot a few possibilities. Emma, has been helping me take a close eye on these clanspeople. Today, I must work some more, but I'm glad to have it that way.

Sarah was glad to know that her Abbey was going well. The clan was slowly growing, it wasn't THAT big... yet. She was happy to know that her present clanmembers were trying their hardest to press on. She believe in each and every one of them. She was actually looking for six more clanmembers to fill up the Trustee position. She was remaining hopeful. She sighed contently and continued to write down ideas and plans.
August 17th
I now realize the full potential of this clan. We are preparing for our future and what may come. It's becoming something extraordinary, especiall with the help of everyone. Everyday, we have at least one new recruit. I'm so excited. It's happening the way I imagined!

Sarah's room was in disarray, like always, but this time, it was even worse. There were stains of food on some of her items, due to long nights of planning and making new ideas. She was not fatigued, luckily, but she had seemed to have lost her diary for the past few months. Sighing, she digged through a pile of her clothes across her desk, only to turn around and find her diary under her desk in the first place. "Why didn't I think of that?" she questioned herself. Chuckling at her small idiocy, she picked it up and began to write in it:
February 2nd
It has been countless months since I've last written. We have been strenuously busy for our clan and I've constantly been overlooking many things. The clan itself has renovated more than I have anticipated and things might look good for us. I'm not so bright on receiving more members, but I anticipate that we might find a few interested spectators. At the end of the day though, I have to continuously look over things. Oh well, until next time.
