Hello and welcome to the lovely plot thread of Felyn and n0cturne! This was a little something we thought up some time ago after watching 'Much Ado About Nothing' in our English class. We figured, wouldn't it be hilariously fun to do in the SoA world? Conveniently, we both also had two free lions.
Thus a plot was born.

Personality: He’s a very laid-back lion that enjoys spending time around the ladies. He will say almost anything and enjoys it even more when he gets a snappy comeback. He likes to joke and play games, especially when he can be aggravating someone.
History: Born in the pridelands to Rehani and Denahi, Issy has led a pretty uneventful life. He’s spent most of it roaming around the pridelands, exploring the land he loves so well. He has, as of late, developed an interest in the lioness name Ilanga.
What He's Looking For: A few close male friends that are willing to trick him into something for his own happiness. These friends must also get along with Ilanga's friends.

Personality: Ilanga is a very distant lioness. She is normally very quiet, but when she finally opens up, her speech is very proper, and often contains a fair dose of sarcasm. However, she can be rather nice to those she's close to. She generally only likes to associate with other females, finding males poor sources of intelligence or entertainment. Especially the annoying ones (-cough-Issy!-cough-).
History: Ilanga's history is a mystery to everyone, including herself. She can sometimes remember vague flashes of it if a strangely familiar smell greets her, or she sees something that reminds her of something else. Other than that, it's a big black void until she reached young adulthood. Since then, her whole existence has been wandering from location to location by herself, living off the land and never settling down.
What She's Looking For: The same as Issy, Ilanga needs friends that are willing to trick her into Issy's arms for her own good. These friends must plot alongside of Issy's friends. Also, Ilanga needs a lioness to convince her to come and join the Pridelands, since that's where Issy lives, though the poor girl doesn't know it.

.and all the rest. And Master, sir, do not forget to specify, when time and place shall assert, that I am an a**. ..... The Plot: So, basically, here's what's going to happen. Ilanga and Issy have already run into each other, and Ilanga has developed a severe dislike for him. They have parted ways, and neither have any idea where the other truly lives. Ilanga, while wandering, then runs into another lioness and strikes up a friendship with her. This lioness convinces Ilanga to return to the Pridelands with her and join, since Ilanga is basically homeless. Ilanga consents, and off they go.
Not too long after joining the Pridelands, Ilanga has made a handful of friends. Whilst out just walking with them and chatting, the group happens upon Issy and his handful of friends. Ilanga and Issy then have it out, then and there, in front of everyone. Storming off, both lions tell their friends how absolutely horrible and annoying the other is (or something along those lines - who knows what Issy will truly say? xD). Yet, all the friends have a glimmer in their eye. The explosive chemistry between the two is undeniable, and so all the friends gather and plot how to trick them into loving each other.
Issy's friends let him overhear a conversation about how much Ilanga adores him. Not too long after, Ilanga is reluctantly sent to bid him come join in a small feast. On her way back, Ilanga's friends allow her to overhear a staged conversation about how much Issy loves her. Thus, both are snared!
Of course, the two eventually find out that their friends tricked them, but at that point, it doesn't truly matter anymore, for they've found happiness...... .cast and crew. Applicants for Issy's friends:

OMG! I love that movie! whee (and not because my favorite actress, Emma Thompson, is in it either) I still have to read the play xD *has the collectors set*

I can offer Malika to be one of Ilanga's friend, perhaps the one that brings her into the pridelands seeing as how she's on her to the pridelands currently. She'll probably end up staying there for the most part once she gets there.

And I love that you have quotes from it and everything <333 I don't really think I have anyone to throw into the plot (the only girl I could possibly contribute isn't in the Pridelands at all, though I've been wanting to get her there.) n0c: That sounds good to me, I haven't decided if she was going to stay permanently but there's a good chance she will, especially since the Pridelands are so warm and welcoming.
