I haven't seen it yet, but I read the summaries online (I had just finished season 6 on dvd when 7 ended, and like a true idiot, i read the summaries, expecting to get something out of it)
and really, i was very disappointed... and even more so disappointed @ the last two episodes.
Pissed @ Rory & Logan, pissed @ Lorelai & Luke.

I think that it improved in general after the first few episodes. Ending season 6 with the breakup made it hard to like the beginning of season 7.

cry Season 7 did not end the way that I wanted it to. It made me think that there is more to the story then they were able to do. I think that they cut it off way too early. I liked the 7th season but at the same time I did not enjoy it as much as the previous seasons.

i feel that if amy and dan hadn't left it would have been better. but they left david and the new team in a really hard situation at the end of last season. i think they did an ok job considering.
It wasn't our "gilmore girls" it was a different show but the writers had some good ideas such as the hay bale maze which brought us back to the stars hollow madness!

I hated the ending of Gilmore Girls. Too many holes, too many questions, and stuff that made you go, "oO"
The new writers screwed it all up. That and I'm pissed at the WB for not letting another season, which they were thinking of doing, going out. ><

Bluestar_Sugarose I hated the ending of Gilmore Girls. Too many holes, too many questions, and stuff that made you go, "oO" The new writers screwed it all up. That and I'm pissed at the WB for not letting another season, which they were thinking of doing, going out. >< i think they should have done the shortened 8th season idea. that way they could have tied up all the loose ends. And made it less rushed.

I liked it. It wasn't the best season ever but I still liked it. 3nodding
DR did pretty well for someone with such big shoes to fill.
The series finale however was AWESOME!!! heart The best episode of the season and one of the best out of the entire series in my opinion! I liked how they ended it but I still want more! cry

I liked it. I don't love it tho. How dare Rory say no to Logan. Yea he made some mistakes but hello! he's smoking hot, he loves her, and he's rich. Dean broke her heart, got married, got together with her then hurt her again. But jess is a bad boy. they wouldn't work out at all

I didn't like the last episode.
I normally hate endings of any kind.
Be it movies or books.
I wanted Luke and Lorelai to be together forever.
I didn't like Logan much though...

Well the writers changed...thats a big reason. Also they said if they were doing another season Rory would not have said no! gonk But oh well...I'll wait for the movie...I hope there is one!

I liked the 7th season but at the same time I did not enjoy it as much as the previous seasons. of course, i my self did not like the 7th season but that was because for the seasons before you new where they ended it that would not be it that it did not end there. i do think it was ok but it was not my fav season i myself never like the ending of series's because they either end happy, sad or al of the above.
