Yuri (百合, Yuri?) and shoujo-ai are jargon terms amongst fans for lesbian content, possibly sexually explicit, in anime, manga, and related fan fiction.
ive seen more pics but... they dont look right LOL

Yuri... Yummy.
The original meaning for both terms is different. Yuri was for an explicit manga/anime for a girl/girl relationship, while Shoujo-ai are those series/manga where the most they did was making out (or what was shown was kept PG-13.)
It's the same as the difference between Yaoi and Shonen-ai, though most fans of the last two generations either ignore the difference, or outright don't know it.
Nice pics BTW... I haven't watched many shoujo-ai/yuri shows myself, I prefer to find (or dissect) clues on shoujo pairings in normal anime shows.
Like my signature down there, those two girls are just friends in the manga they're from, but they sure love to make others think otherwise (heck, they are usually fighting over the Male Lead Character...)

I'm a guy and I like yuri. But I don't go into the whole deep concept of it. Like the backgrounds of the storylines and stuff. But I hardly watch it anyway. Or any shows behind it. So I'm not that big of a fan. Razor Knight probably knows about it more than I.

Aero Ryusaki I'm a guy and I like yuri. But I don't go into the whole deep concept of it. Like the backgrounds of the storylines and stuff. But I hardly watch it anyway. Or any shows behind it. So I'm not that big of a fan. Razor Knight probably knows about it more than I. And I'm sure he does

Yep.
I'm just a guy with a liking for anything female and with pink hair (except for Uranai-Baba from Dragon Ball. Oh, and Cologne from Ranma.)
And yeah, I agree, the topmost pic is the best one...
About knowing more... Maybe. I think I'll post some of my pics when I get home.

the only yuri/shoujo-ai ive seen is kannazuki no miko and im in the process of watching strawberry panic!
