After a long time I finally surrounded Mathilda with pitfalls.
And they can fall in them!
I got bored when I was trying to get a tan. [yesterday I wasn't on at all so it's gone D:]
then I'm trying the parasol on my second account, bunney.

Eventually the town member gets out of the pitfall on its own.
Like how if your char falls into a pitfall and you do nothing about it they automatically get out.
