No, this isn't a 'favoutite servent' thread. It's more what servent you'd find most useful.
I'm swinging towards Beserker...he just seems so much more powerful then all the others. I haven't met Lancer and..the magic one yet (where I am) I am properly, so i'm biased in that way.
I like Archer though too. I'd probably steer clear of Rider. She's ok, but so far, she seems a bit..well..:/
And Saber...I dunno. Might just be that she comes off quite weak with a crappy master xp
I swear i'm forgetting one...

Berserker was my first choice.
But when you think about it, a berserker is hard to command.
For one reason or another, Ilyia has him on a tight rein and he listens to her.
I think if Saber has a better master, maybe someone like Rin, she'd reach her highest potential so I'm leaning towards her more.
And since I haven't see all of Fate/Stay Night, I haven't seen all the servants so my choice may change. [/rambling]

but everyone keeps on saying in the anime how 'Saber is the best, and most powerful servent'. I mean, even if she did have a better master, she just doesn't look that 'amazingly strong', if you know what I mean.
Then again, have you seen how Berserker dies?
I remember who i'm forgetting! Assasain, Caster and that Giglamesh guy.
wait, question, does Caster even have that..er whats it called...i'll have to call it a limit break for now sweatdrop

Its a shame! i loved Lancer, hes so noble!
Now i've finally finished the series, I thinking Giglamesh..but then he might turn on me and hurt me gonk
Berserkers still pretty powerful, but i'm afraid hes just a bit too ugly for my taste (no offence big guy)

I'd probably have to go with either Archer or Gilgamesh, but yeah I would be kinda afraid to have Gilgamesh as a servant because he'd probably turn on me.

Considering my personality/history id probably end up whit a Medea/Caster or Medusa/Rider like servant.
And i would die of joy if i got Arthuria/Saber.
