I recal seeing someone posting about how the guild is becoming more and more inactive over time. I have a few guilds of my own so I might be able to help out in the sence that I know exactly what you mean. So heres a few suggestions you can consider them if you'd like. Up to you ^-^
Alright so the first thing to consider is the amount of people on the thread, the more people the more possibility of it being active, and the more people know of it the more word gets around so the more people will want to join, I'm sure you already know this... my suggestion is to indeed invite as many users as possible. The guild is perfect in the sence of it's an art guild, and artist generaly tend to love showing off there work to others, so posting shouldn't be a problem for most people in the people but there still needs to be lots of people to keep it active. So maybe invite a good 10-20 users from the picture post everyday, start building up the amount of users on the site.
Another thing to possibly consider is keeping the anoncements and stuff short, if its out dated, delete it so that it dosen't stock up and confuse people 3nodding An example of this would be the attention post saying you'll be gone from this date to another day, that's already gone by. I think it's awsome and a great idea to keep the guild users informed, but now that it's passed maybe delete it, since it won't be used anymore. Just a suggestion accorse
Another fun thing, that can make a guild more fun to visite is the guilds home page. Comming to the guild the first thing artist will see is the homepage so like a books cover it's gotta be interesting. You can make it more interesting by changing the pic every 2 weeks or month. And to maybe encourage users to post more, post up drawings done by some of the users of the guild with in that time spand. People would probably post just to have there pic up for a week or two on the homepage.
I think it's awsome that you guys have art contest, that alone will really help with the activity in the guild, and wish you all the best of luck. Again these are only suggestions or remarks, you don't need to listen to them if you don't want, tis just my opignion ^-^ Thanks for your time

I am begging you to merg with another inactive guild like this one it
would great to have more people and have a doubel guild. Think of
it as two names with the same asperastions. It would be lovely. ^^
