Okay, I'll start off with warning you this will be a very difficult Role Play. But to make it at least a bit easier in the preparations stage, I'll take it slowly, step by step.

Step #1: Create your own personal character. This character doesn't have to be original. He or she can be from a movie, anime, video game, et cetera. I'll set the guidelines within seperate sub-steps below.

Step #1-A: Give your character a name. Without a name, there can be no character. The character's name doesn't have to be original, as in, it can be "John Smith" for all I care, but try not to choose an already existing name. This name doesn't even have to be your character's real name. Similar to the members of Avenged Sevenfold, they take their real names, and make it sound a bit cooler by making it a bit unreal.

Step #1-B: Give your character an age. The gender is the same as your real-life gender. No boy will pretend to be a girl in this RP, and the same goes for vise-versa. Anyway, the character has to have a realistic age, unless you decide to make Legolas your character. In that case, you'll have to stick with 3,237 years old. The characters have to be at least 16. No older than 70 (with a few stated exceptions). It's best to keep them in between 16 and 35 to give your band a good image.

Step #1-C: Give your character an image. It can be one for a video game, anime, etc., but it has to be the one of your character. Example 1: You choose Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy VII, the appearnce has to be Cloud's. Example 2: If you choose an appearance that is from a video game, movie, etc., it has to match your character. Same as Exmaple 1. Your image can be a work of art you've done yourself, it can be one found on the internet, hell, it can even be your Gaia avatar. The image is not necessary as long as you give enough descriptions.

Step #1-D: Give your character talent (or not so much). Your character can be vocals, emcee, guitar (lead, rhythm, bass, 12-string, acoustic, electric, and so on), drums/percussion, synthesizer, and anything else you can think of, but it has to be something you can figure out on your wown or with the help of your band. Remember, your character does not have to be perfect at want he or she does. In fact, he or she is better off starting off bad, but getting better as time goes on.

Step #1-E: Give him or her personality and a history. But don't give me any stuff like "He/She has been practicing since three years old" because no living being can do that. And no dead being can sing or play an instrument. So looks like if you say that, you're out of luck.

NAME: Kyu "Kyuketsuki" Nagame
AGE: 18
APPEARANCE: See Gaia avatar
ROLE(S): Lead Guitar, or Bass Guitar; always secondary vocals; writes his own music, and most of the time, the music for his enitre band; writes lyrics more than anything else
PERSONALITY: He doesn't like getting yelled at. If anyone yells at him, he yells back. He likes to play solos, though he can't do any without months of practice. He plays lots of bass, but most of his bass tabs don't get the chance to see the light of day. He once thought he was an excellent singer, and was, until those two times he got laryngitis, and had to quit his old band in which he had the role of Lead Vocalist. Now he keeps back and only sings deep or medium-deep as secondary vocalist. He can do emcee, but chooses not to, as he thinks it ruins his "rock" image. He joined Battle of the Bands to see if his talents (or what was once talent) pays off.
