I have been asking around and no one seems to know of the anime Yami no Matsuei (Descendents of Darkness)
I haven't completely finished watching this anime buy am so far liking what I see.
I am also collecting the manga right now, which is also very good in my opinion.
Has anybody eles other than me watched or read it. Or am I the only weird on who likes it?

Wow! I (as the expression goes) popped your comment cherry! Descendants of Darkness is my all time favorite anime. Have you seen all the episodes since you first posted? If you haven't, I will have you know that the anime only follows 5 volumes of the manga. But apart from that, I actually like the anime better. Mostly because I prefer not to see the characters turning into chibis all the time like they do in the manga. It's good in small doses but it can get overdone. Muraki=Best anime villain ever!

I love yamino matsui i have the dvds ^^ although i like the manga more lol but i do love that series its sexy 4laugh lol

I suggest you stop watching the anime. Don't watch it. It totally screws up the manga. It doesn't follow the time line, but the anime has taken most of the manga books and jumbled them all up into 5 dvds. It ruins it.

Uhm I don't like the Anime that much, more the Manga
But the Mangaka stopped the story [or something like that] and some scans of the 'new' drawing stile of her..I don't like it xDDD
But Kotaro & Kojiro are love, also Kurikara and Hisoka 3nodding

Yami No matsuei...
I would have to say I like it. I have up to Vol.5 in the manga
My fave characters would have to be.... Muraki! And Hijiri (Who looks like Hisoka)

I really like both the anime and manga. I have the complete series and I only have up to book 8 though. Sad I know.
