Crew members are needed though since they do have a little power in the guild only a few new members will get the job, once I get to know more of you and feel you have what it takes you will get it, usually being active and involved with the guild will help. I need people I can trust. I feel a crew is needed because no one person can run a community by himself and even I will ask for help.

I thought of maybe a way to get it a little bigger, well since the Furry's of gaia thread goes really fast though pages we should put a link to the guild in one of the reserved posts that Foxy made..don't you think?
