haha ok i was wondering i kno people get herpes for a lil while but how do they get rid of em its been bugging me how des it go away?

The disease never goes away.
I'm assuming you're talking about the STD, as "herpes" covers a few diseases (including cold sores). But once you've got the virus, you can't kill it. You can try to control the outbreaks, and there are drugs to help with that. But it only "goes away" when the outbreaks go into remission. That does not mean you no longer have herpes.

Herpes never goes away. They that medication for it and also get the warts burned off.
There is another one called HPV that causes "skin tags" down in that area. While some people "out grow" HPV others dont. The skin tags have to be removed just as the warts do.
