Welcome to my office. This is one of the places the Kage meets. Other than thet, only the ANBU and high ranking Jounins are allowed to post in here. Other than that, the rules and the reasons you should post in here should be as follows:
-You have a complaint
-I have summoned you here
-You were sent by a Kage
-You were sent by my subject
Upon leaving my office, I will delete any unecessary posts just because I like to keep my office clean. If there was an important post in here I will determine whether or not it's worth keeping.
