Plot/ Setting
The City of Rowen is in depession. Many people losing jobs and people ar turning to rim to run their lives. But don't feel sorry for these people, most of them want to own his city, infact villains are he ones who ar causing thi problem. Heroes are trying their best to stop these villains from taking over the city. You will decide which side to take. Hero or villain? (Remember that the city is an American city, I don't want loads of Japanese Characters)
As you should know the Rp is split into two, as you rp and take part you may gain VS credits (which I award you). Every 4 weeks these points will be totalled and the team with the most points gets to steal a member from the other team, who will have to join the opposite side!
I will not be a hero nor a villain. I will be a mysterious man in a cloak, he has no side, so he will interact with everyone and anyone. But he is the most powerful being in this Rp so don't mess with him!

-No Godmoding, two warnings, then your out!
- As i'm the creator I get my own way Whatever I say goes
-You can go as far as you want with violence an romance but, you must make sure it won't offend any other people, especially the people you are doing these "things" to, (better to ask them first if you are unsure).

The hooded figure walked across the docks, night was quiet you could almost say it was dead. He wondered if there was going to be any action in the hours to come.
