I see some people with a green flag that's equipped on them. I think it's a Cash Shop item, but I can't seem to find it. I would show a picture, but I keep on forgetting to take screenpics whenever someone who has it walks by... Instead, here's a description:
-Green Flag
-Looks sorta ghosty
-Moves (like weather effects)
-Always to the back of the character
-I think it has something to do with the Cao Cao items

It's a special effect when all the items of one of the CS sets is worn.

If you wear all the Cash Shop Items with the name Cao Cao, Guan Yu, or Liu Bei, you get a special effect like a flag behind you.
