So, I am replaying me some FF7 considering how I never finished it. Had a concept for a group shot. Started on separate sketches so that I don't confuse myself with all the characters.



It's not done yet. Tifa has no legs and I still need to add bangles, refine stuff... But this really bugs me. Something seems off with Red's anatomy. I think he may be suffering from terminal shrunken head syndrome. I just need some eyes that aren't used to it to check it out and see if they can catch any problems before I continue fixing up my lines. Please?

I'd consider looking over his legs again, especially the back ones. They're shaped a bit funny (nor do any of them really look to be the same length) and don't actually seem to be supporting him that well. I don't get the feeling that he's leaning on either of his front legs, and the back ones are just kind of hanging out over there.

I agree with Dr. V about making him more barrel chested, but I also remember him having a pretty long neck, too, kind of like a hyena's. So I guess it's really up to you, there. And if anything, I'd say his head's a little too big rather than too small. The shape of his eye from that angle is off, too - you've got it drawn as if he was facing you directly and not from the side.

Wow, thanks a lot! I didn't look at this for a while and now that I come back, I can see you guys are totally right on on the chest and legs. Got my fixings cut out for me.

Page Boy - That scan is super helpful, where is that from? (Book I may be able to pick up?)
