I was watching it and wondering if any gay, lesbian, or bi people found it offensive. I thought it was pretty funny, but I was worried about what the rest of the community thought. Which led me to wonder if stereotypical gay men or women on tv shows or movies are found offensive, as well. I'm just wondering. I'm bi, myself, just so you know.

Um I haven't seen it yet but judging from the trailers, it looked sorta half-and-half.
I've come to appreciate that everything funny usually is taking a shot at someone/something. So when it's my turn to get made fun of, I suppose I need to take it.
Yet when homosexuality's such a touchy issue, idk.
When I see the movie, I'll report back.

o_O I've never found any that or any other sort of tv show or movie with "fake gays/lesbians" offensive. :3 It's tv. It's to entertain you. I say get over it, silly pants.

petar d-mortifer I agree indeed. It didn;t found it offensive. Also..its a way to let people think about homosexuality razz Funnily enough I found it offensive for a whole different reason, I find Sandlers humor to go past funny into gross sometimes so I avoided it altogether, although I don't think they were trying to be offensive. It seemed to be more like little kid humor.

I actually saw that with my girlfriend on a date, and we both found it hilarious. I didn't find it offensive in the least.
I'm bi, btw.

Not offensive, just kind of dumb, like most Adam Sandler things, only this time the other guy was the idiot trying a scam and Adam was the best friend who was like 'I dunno...'

I did not find that movie in anyway offensive. i actually thought it sent a very positive message out to the world about the gay community. Finally a movie addresses that gays are human to. yes i also found the movie hilarious, but i loved it. it was perfect.
my favourite part was when the little girl stood up and told the counsillor the other types of animals known to have homosexual relationships. im glad that movie was made. although quite a few sterotypes were used, they didnt drentch the movie, which was nice.

I'm all for gay/les/bi rights but even tho they made satire about homosexuality, I'm just glad someone did finally. They make gay films with barely recognizable stars and even tho how childish Sandler's films are, glad homosexuality was recognized in some manner and brought mainstream some. Yes, I'm 100percent gay and proud. Yes Mencia is hilarious, and brings jokes about everyone so no one is singled out.
