Shindong’s scandal started with a picture that he took with a couple other people when it was passed around E.L.F. - Super Junior’s fanclub.
Shindong sat next to Ms. Kim who was on ‘Exciting Meeting Season 3’ on Mnet cable TV.
Also, netizens say, “Recently, a rumor has been floating around E.L.F. that they are dating. Are they really?” and “Unless Shindong himself says so, I refuse to believe it” and expressed their curiosity.
However, netizen have also affirmed the rumor through blogs. One netizen said, “After Shidong watched the show, he wanted to meet her so he found out her phone number. He recently even gave her an expensive necklace.”
Shindong only sparked more curiosity by saying that this scandal is ‘fascinating’ to him.
Shindong said on his cyworld, “I’m fascinated. I really have a scandal?? Does everyone want my reply?? (laughs) I’m just fascinated.”
Shindong had also expressed his interest in women that are cute and short. Ms. Kim is of a fairly short height at 1m 57 and she was also deemed similar to Park Minyoung on the show.
Ms. Kim expressed through her cyworld that the rumor was just a happening.

Shindong of Super Junior Reveals Salary of Members: Kang-In the Highest
On August 15, during a live recording of MBC's "The Golden Fishery," SHINDONG revealed the salaries of the 13 members in SUPER JUNIOR. Within the members, KANG-IN has the highest salary.
During chat sessions in the program, when being asked the question, "Which Super Junior member has the highest salary?" Shindong replied: "Currently Kang-In has the highest salary. Second would go to LEETEUK and third, EUNHYUK. I'm the fourth." Recently Kang-In is the host for MBC's "Show! Music Core" and has appeared in many other Korean variety shows.
KIM DONGWAN of Korean's SHINHWA, also a guest at the program, expressed, "The Shinhwa member who has the highest salary is JUNJIN. ERIC's salary also increased by a lot."

Super Junior's Shindong is making sure to carry his essential item, eye shadow, around. With Super Junior's 2nd album 'Don't Don!' concept, Shindong has the scratch hairsytle to follow it. In his solo activities on MBC's 'BboBboBbo,'* he is putting on a disguise.
In order to have the scratch hairstyle, his hair was cut very short and even shorter on the side with the scratch. Because the hairstyle looks very tough, it does not match with a children's show.
In a recent interview, Shindong stated, "In getting this hair done, I was very worried about what I would do for 'BboBboBbo,' but when I color the scratched parts with eyeshadow, you can hardly tell that they are in my hair and almost disappear. The children have yet to notice so far."
Shindong works hard not only as a singer but also with the responsibilities that come with being on 'BboBboBbo' which can also sometimes have a more deep meaning to the job. Shindong also said, "Not long ago, Super Junior's Kangin came to play and when asked 'Who do you like most among Super Junior?' the children all shouted 'Shindong!' and I was very proud at that time."
