Though not a nice place by all means, it is a bit better than the mass operations of the Organization. By no means, however, does that mean that the Organization leaves this place alone, however. They do quite a bit of trading that goes unnoticed because of the steady flow of shipping that Esben does. This is also home for some travel boats, but it's usually for the rich or the patient.
