A Bit About Him/Her : Soft spoken but absolutely charming and at sometimes childishly adorable, Dimitrius isn't one to sit around and mope if things don't go his way. (Most of the time anyway) Cheerful and friendly, Dimitrius is always looking for people to add to his slowly growing group of friends. Not one to care about, what house someone is in, Dimitrius is more than willing to help anyone and to some extent even trust them. Though at times that trust can be misguided and often leads him to being betrayed.
Dimitrius is pale though not deathly so and sometimes his eyes reflect things, he can't find the words to say. The issue of Dimitrius' dual colored hair, is a sadly amusing one. Not one to back down from dares or challenges, especially if they're set by his brother or one of his friends, the poor boy, meddled with one of the potions his father had been working on at home, one day and the reaction caused the potion (cauldron and all) to explode, covering Dimitrius from head to toe in the sticky mess.
Needless to say once he managed to clean himself up, much to his horror and the amusement of his brother, only Dimitrius' bangs remained their natural ebony shade...The rest of his hair had changed to pink. Even though this incident happened while he was in his first year at Hogwarts, Dimitrius has yet to forget it and his brother and sister have no qualms about reminding him about it.
A Moment By Himself/Herself : Taking the reins from the stable hand, Dimitrius led his bay stallion out of the stable and into the courtyard before mounting. Clucking his tongue lightly, he nudged the stallion forward, slowly into a walk and then a slow trot. Nodding to the people he passed in the courtyard, Dimitrius turned the horse slowly toward the jumping course.
For some reason this morning, he felt like testing his skills here, rather than take a trail ride again. He'd already found himself dragged on, one too many, since the summer had started by his little sister. Dimitrie wasn't much help in trying to convince her otherwise since, he seemed just as anxious to drag him out into the forest as she was.
Slipping through the open gate, he angled his mount around the course before moving back to the starting point. Digging his heels into the horse's sides, his gaze focused on the first jump and he held back a grin as his mount sailed over the first jump, hooves barely clipping the top bar. Turning his stallion toward the second jump, he repeated the process, a grin plastered on his face.

"Sadly amusing" indeed, but still, that doesn't change the fact that he has quite the fetching hair.
Your description and RP sample are both well developed; I really like his personality -- particularly the fact that he has expressive eyes.
