Personally I liked the time when he used the TV satillites to possess the atmosphere around Cadic, causing the winter snowstorm in "Cold War".
Or that time he hacked into the mlitary's classifed site and left a paper trail to Jeremie (hence causing goverment agents to rough up Dumas, then interrogate Jeremie and put him under surveillance)

The Satellite Laser was pretty rockin'...though as far as a fun attack, I'd have to say the Zombie Invasion.

i personaly like the trap, it was aelita's birthday and Xana set a trap in the factorey. sissy almost died i liked that part. 3nodding
but ulrich almost died also so that made it bad... cry
but still, sissy almost died twisted

hmm... i kinda like the one in the first episode with the giant teddy bear. i mean, thats pretty creative.

Lets go with......Trapping Ulrich, Umi, and Odd in a virtual world. Trapped in Lyoko and Thinking your on earth. Pretty slick if Xana had ironed out the bugs. Xp

I loved when Milly's teddy bear went evil. That was just classic humor right there.
I also really loved the bee attack, and anything involving polymorphing spectres.

and the episode Vertigo, when XANA attacked with the wolves

sakuchiha i like the one when he attacked aelitas heart and aelita got hospitalized... though i cant seem to remember tne name of the episode... i wish i did though That was "Common Interest", and also one of my favorites too. I liked XANA's Kiss. Excellent use of the polymorphic spectres right there.

XANA using the military satellite to blast chunks off a passing meteor and directing said chunks towards the school / factory. If you think about the immensely complicated calculations that must have been involved, it's really impressive.
Everyone in the city would have been fuuuuxed if XANA didn't end up destroying the incoming meteorite himself. twisted
