Alright heres the deal: I'am not doing some gay rank system where everyone starts out a low rank and you have to rp yourself to death just to gain one rank. There will be ranks but you can be any rank you want. There is a catch. Not everyone is going to get to be a captain or a Lieutenant. There will have to be some low rank officers. So the spots for high ranking officers will be limited. There will be ways to up in ranks, like if you do something realy good and heroic. And yes, everyone is going to get to pilot a mobile suit. Not everyone is going to get a gundam though. People who are low in rank will have to earn their parts for there gundams. Go on missions, fight, etc. Low ranks will get to pick from 6 standard mobile suits and 2 mechs. 3 mobile suits and 1 mech for each side. There are way to go up in ranks by doing good stuff, completeing missions and stuf like that.
But I'am also going to need captains to fly warships. Since there arnt alot of people right now, there will be 10, mobile suits to a warship. Dont worry there will be alot of warships. There will be support ships and I'am going to need captains for those. Not everyone is going to get a gundam. There will be a sign up sheet for all these things.
