Ok... I'm quite a fan of le Creuset, and i know many of you will hate me forever because of that... but I was just wondering why you people hate him so uch and if their is any other Rau-sympathizers out there

i dont hate rau, his logic was very sound. he saw a flaw within the human race and just did what he thought was the right way to fix it, albeit not everyone agreed with him, he was still an important asset to Z.A.F.T.

Rau was somewhat deluded and missguided but also a mannipulative interesting example of a man.
Around Flay he seemed to have very brief moments where he opened up to her and I get the feeling he didn't totally despise unlike numerous other people out there like Mu La Flagga for example.

Rau has to be my favorite character in all of Gundam SEED, or at least, my favorite Char Clone. Not only did he pilot the most pwning of all Gundams in that season--The Providence Gundam with its' awesome, even terrifying, DRAGOON System--but displayed vast intellect, planning, and motive throughout his appearance, bearing a tragic, attention-grabbing history, and, above all else...
He delivers the most awesome speech in SEED. Ever.
Of course, no matter how awesome he is, this topic will almost guaranteedly spiral down into a "Is cloning a bad thing?" topic.

i always thought he was just one of those soilders who didn't care about anything but the battle field like char in gundam 0079
