-The Shining (LOVE)---wait well the one by Stanley Kubrick anyway
Anyway so what's your fave BOOK/MOVIE?

Ummm I honestly can't remember the name of my fave. movie/book from Stephen King. sweatdrop
I think the first one I watched was "It" I can't quite remember how old I was when I saw it.
Anyway that movie is the reason I hate Ronald Mcdonald and Mcdonalds... mad ....I hate that clown so much...

I've not read any Stephan King, but there's an author that he likes who writes similar books- Richard Laymon. If you like King then you'll like him!

Any King fan should definitely read his Dark Tower series. I've finished the whole thing and it's freaking awesome. If you're an epic fantasy nerd.
But outside of that, the Stand happens to be one of my favorites. That and the Dark Half.

I don't really like anything that King has written for the last seven years, I think. I was really into the Dark Tower series until book five and it became a quest just to push myself to finish reading it. I did like Mordred though surprisingly enough.

It`s hard to decide which the best book is. I think The Stand and Desperation are my favorites. But then Shining, It are classics and I love the books which carry some short stories. Since I´m from Germany I don`t know the english titles . One book for example is the book where the story with The Mangler is in it.
Books of King I found very boring: Dudits and Christine.
