Oklahoma City is the largest city in the state of Oklahoma, as well as its capital. Though otherwise unremarkable, this location was the site of a huge face-off during the war between the two most powerful and influential players: The Strategist and Positron. Oklahoma City became the battleground, and actually took less damage than the other border sites; the two agreed to fight one-on-one for control of the city, and the rest of the forces backed off. The battle lasted a short time, Strategist eventually outwitting Positron, using his own suit against him. Admitting defeat for the time being, Positron escaped with his forces, and Oklahoma City remains on the list of borderline territories that are susceptible to attack in the near future.
