To set up a club thread, you must have the permission of either Dragain or Mel first. This is to make sure your club had been given the thumbs up. Please do not create a new thread in here without their expressed permission, or you will be punished by a suspension from RP, something which you do not wish for.
If your club had not been verified, yet you post in this sub-forum with your club, you will be dealt with. I understand if it's accidental; however, if it happens too much, I will have no choice but to suspend you.

The 'How' How do I get my club's thread / room?
Once your club had been given the thumbs up, PM the shop mule (this account) with your thread details. The mule will then create a new topic for you; that will be your club thread. The mule will then reserve 15 posts of the first page.
Oh... Wait, then how do I change what's on the front page?
Well, you see... The president will be given the status of 'Crew' in the guild. Yes, only the president... Not even the vice-president can become a crew in the guild. This means that as long as you remain president of a club, you will be granted crew status in the guild. After you are not the president anymore due to stepping down, graduation, or other reasons, the crew status will be taken from you.
What if people mess up the guild posts with the crew status?
I trust you guys... Do not change anything other than the posts in your own clubs Please don't prove that I had misplaced my trust! As the captain of the guild, I have a 'Member activity log' that I can check to see who did what.
Okay... So what happens if you catch somebody messing with the guild?
Instant ban from the shop, guild, and a spot on the blacklist. Your character will also be taken away from you, and either NPC'ed, sent for adoption or 'killed' off.

The 'What'
What can I do with my club thread?
Anything you want, of course! Edit the posts to whatever suits your fancy, place the club member list there, put up club contests, etc, etc! Just make sure that you do not delete any of the posts, and plan your posts carefully!
What am I supposed to do with my club thread?
Hold club meetings, club events, club contests... Well, basically, do whatever your club does! You can 'open' or 'close' your club to non-club members. Just indicate it in the thread title, or somewhere in the first page... Just make sure that it's visible!
Your club thread is your club room, so all RPs that happen will be classified under club activities!
What about inter-club roleplays? Like my club interacting with another club?
Well, you can do it in either one of the club threads, somewhere in the school, somewhere in the commoner world, or even in someone's house. Just post a link to the RP in your club afterwards, if it does not take place in your club room! It'll also be classified under club activities.
What is club activity?
How active a club is! We'll make surprise checks on clubs once in a while. If a club is too inactive without a reason, we will either change the president or disband the club. This is not applicable for staff-controlled clubs like the library.
