you can get a powerful wepon for donald and goofy if you:
donald: fight a lot of those monkey spell casters (not riding the dino freaks).
goofy: fight those spell casters riding on huge books (found near the restoation commity.

Those are powerful earlier on but once you get save the queen/king, all of the other weapons are obsolete.

u can get nobody weps for donald and goofy.
u get the donald one from the dragoon nobodys and u get the goofy one from the gamblers.

U can get the fenrir from tifa by defeating Sephiroth

U can also get Ultima by synthesizing it. Its easier in KHII for some reason. Also in Final Mix+, u can get a keyblade even more powerful in magic than Ultima but it has the ability EXP Zero. Use it at ur own risk, or u r already level 99/100 (i forgot the highest level)

evrey weapon is better but it just need to nowh how u train some weapons are beter agains imum emenys i tink fenrir and ultima weapon are great

I've gotten both of those weapons that you are talking about but like everyone else has already said, they both become obsolite once you synthesis Save the Queen and Save the King.
