I've read Godchild. It's very interesting though I haven't read very far into it. Have you read the Cain Saga which comes before the Godchild series?
I feel sorry for Cain....

i've heard good things about cain from a really long time ago, but my first exposure to it was when shojo beat released it in their magazine. i was a bit disappointed with godchild because i was so hyped up reading another kaori yuki series after angel sanctuary plus the good stuff i heard about it from friends. i guess i felt like it wasn't moving quickly enough and i just never got to the real plot, like there'd be hints here and there, but it was mostly a bunch of mini mysteries that didn't have much to do with each other. but i'm still interested in cain and i still love the artwork of godchild.

if you read both cain saga and godchild then you get to learn more about cain's past and godchild is a lot better then cain saga but it provides the basic iformation on the whole story so it'd be better to read both... and godchild has the better art... if you've read the whole cain saga series and currently reading godchild then when you read book 6 you'll be really sad and disappointed cause in the 6th book riff betrays cain... crying

Yah, the art of Godchild is better than the Cain saga, but that's because the Cain saga was the manga-ka's earlier work.
And I heard about what happens in Godchild...so sad.... crying
