Here, you baicly need to start off with an outlne. Then slowly add clothes.
You also need to remember what angle the chibi is in. Make sure to add flolds, acording to how it fits to the chibi. It may take a while to get what you want but in the end it will all work out as long as you dont rush to it.
Using the same stpes, I made another one.
It not only works for super small chibis.
