People post their Ponderables in the Format of:
1. Why Is It That there are locks on the door of a 7-11 that is open 24 hours a day?
Or
2. Why Is It That you park on a drive way and drive on a parkway?
Then someone else comes up with an answer, either real, ot creative!! For example, for number 1, I might answer:
They're open 24 hours - but no one said that was 24 hours in a row!
or maybe for number 2:
Well, I have seen a lot more stand-still traffic jams on the parkway than I have on my driveway, haven't you?
And lets give a try to breaking the common custom that only the person that answers can supply the next question, and then if someone misses one, they feel that they can not have a shot at that one. If you want to give an answer you like to one that was already answered, go right ahead! If you don't have an answer to the previous question, but you have a good one of your own, Post It!
These "Ponderables" can either be real, almost real, or totally humerous! Just have fun!

Why is it that no matter how many times they try, unsucessfully, a cat will keep trying to bury a hairball in the linoleum?

Well, the truth is it's not trying to bury a hairball... cats inherently by nature hate linoleum, which causes them to (1) wretch in hatred, and (2) try desperately to destroy all linoleum, no matter how futile.

ROFL!! biggrin
Yes, male marsupials have pouches. Its where they stash the open beer cans when the kangacops hop by.
(Actually, male marsupials do not actually have pouches, I think)
If you mix flour and water you get glue. If you add eggs and sugar you get cake. Where did the glue go?

Ok, resolve these two:
Out of sight, out of mind
Absence makes the heart grow fonder
Or these two:
He who hesitates is lost
Look before you leap
