I just assumed that people might post these kinds of things on the main page, but this works as well.
3nodding If you haven't allready removed it, you have it saying somewhere int eh stickies that all of the posts on the main page will be deleted.
Well, we could go quite a few ways with this. Gia house, could work very well, because:
1.It runs on the gaia server, and not our computers so we don't have to
keep it open to keep it there, and it is unlimited people inside(up to the
point that it get's laggy.
2.all of our houses where probably made way after gaia where made, and are out in the middle of nowhere, so we don't even have to lock it, we could just go to somebodies house that isn't in a vey populated area.
3.The house doesen't really need to look good.
4. It will pretty much always be there, and it can look good.
Rally can hold alot more people than jigsaw, but there can't be a password on it, so it isn't recomended.
Jigsaw would be good when there are only going to be about six people, because there can be a password, however you can't walk around while you are in jigsaw.
Overall, it would be best to hang out in sombodies house(make sure it isn't only limited to friends or locked), or outside of their yard.
There are several optoins to this too. Philosophy mind's house should definitally be the main one, but we should have a couple others of the staff.
these three could be posted in teh index so people could see how active the guild is first hand, or kept back to people dont come and start cussing up sombodies house. In my opinion they shoudl just be listed on the main page instead of hte index.
What kind of staff do we have? which staff members are active? should we consider more staff(perhaps three or so people, who are active, and can be heavily trusted, and have time to moderate and work on projects)? Do the staff each work on different things, can they chose what they work on, or do you all work on all of the projects? What projects are we doing? And should we make a subforum that is limited to staff access for projects, and another one for public projects?
I think most of the staff was recruited a long time ago and are inactive, so we should consider adding a couple more or so, who can be trusted, who are active, and have the time and will to help work on projects. I also think we should make a subform for staff only about projects and such, and a subform for public projects. (it would make sence to put the subforums on first, before making any staff changes, lest we have some loon delete all of the threads). I would also like to apply for staff, for working on projects, and events and such, brainstorming, and moderation on the forums(that is if there isn't already plenty of people to do that). I am going to send you a pm about that philosophy mind.
