A portion of the city that is for the most part isolated from the louder areas of the city. Room is on the scarce side, so the apartments are fairly small, but still livable for one or two people.
((Everyone automatically has an apartment here, where they can sleep.))

Kenroy yawned as he stretched leaving his appartment he headed out and bgan to walk down through the residental streets feeling like he wanted to go ahead and eat something so he started heading out for something to eat

Tasubi was masked and out as Blood fox the master theif. He was jumping from roof to roof. He was heading for the industrail district 'that new disk that city is making should bring a pretty pennie' he thought.

Kenroy sighed as he looked up at the roofs noticing someone jumping across them 'nah must be my imagination' he thought as he sighed and continued walking till he reached the main commerce area and went to the chinesse shop next to the apparently new electronics store and there was an advertisement for a new disk as he ordered some food and began eating

He came up a ladder to the top of a large bluiding with a T.V. on it. He looked down to see the ad as well. He looked off into the distane. He then remembered he didn't want to be seen so he crotched down quickly.

Kenroy walked out of the chinesse restraunt after paying and slowly walked down past a few stores noticing the ad on the big screen t.v. he also noticed some figure quickly croutch down 'srry punk your not hurting anyone as far as i have a say' he thought as he quickly ran down the alleyway and climbed up the fire escape ladder till he reached the top and noticed a man croutching on top the tv "......" he silently looked at him as he formed an ice lance as the clouds slowly moved over the sun and a little rain started falling 'its the anniversery of that day' he thought as the ran came down slowly 'i won't let anyone else have a bad reason to remember this day' he thought as he looked at him "hey" he said s he put one hand on his katana "what are you doing up here" he said as the rain slowly started to get a little heavier

"Ahhh... checking the cables.... yes checking the cables he said, getting up.
'Great.... a kid ' he thought, with a small grumbe.

Kenroy looked at him "well well well than let me ask you something" he said as he walked over to where he stood "whats that wire go to" he said as he smirked slightly pointing to a red wire that seemed to go randomly throughout the tv kenroy knew this because he had learned a lot of things about television and other things

"Well that wire goes through... the T.V. suppling it with optium power!" he said adjusting he mask abit. "Well now that I'm done I'll go back to the industrial side..... of the city" he said pointing in that direction.

Kenroy turned around and smirked "no you won't" he said as he gripped his katana and smirked "and you were wrong first off technicians don't wear masks, second off that cable supplies the actual visual effects of the tv not the power thats the power" he said pointing to the black wire with an eletricity symbol on it "so who are you really"he said as he made himself read to react at a moments notice

Jager walked through the streets, whistling a cheerful tune and almost totally ignoring the rest of the world.
"I don't wanna be an Ephresian idiot, don't want a new nation--" he paused, seeing two people up on the roof. "Huh."
Without breaking pace, he climbed up the ladder, landing nimbly on the roof. "Dudes, there a particular reason you're messing around with the 'net uplinks? I mean, it's a delicate system, you jack with one wire, the whole freakin' system is like 'ploosh.'"

Jager looked at the other person. "You're right. Thanks man, you saved us an assload of trouble," he walked over to the 'Blood Fox'. "This man is a dangerous criminal and should be reported to the authorities!" He turned, pulling his gun and presing it to the accuser's face.
"Dude, seriously, don't lie to me. I don't care if you go stealing if you need it, but stay away from the cables and stuff, I have to reprogram that s**t every time some hotshot like you thinks they can mess with it."

Kenroy's eye twitched "you think i believe that for one second your dumber than i thought" he said as he looked over to the new person who got up on the roof "well im kenroy and i found this guy on top the tv earlier apparently he isn't a technician and i think he may be a criminal or crazy" he said both being quite resonable answers as the rain got harder and heavier and a small bit of freezing rain was coming down since it was cold but not snow cold

Kenroy looks at the person holding the gun at the guy wearing the mask "so who are you" he asked as he noticed the rain 'and who is that anyway' he thought knowing he was a criminal but didn't know and he didn't know what to think of the person in front of him
