Noyana bounded through the tall grass full of energy, despite the fact that the day was extremely hot. She didn't know what she had planned for today, just that she wanted it to be fun. She wondered whether or not she should go pick up Chaka... And she decided it would be a good idea. She changed direction and headed to her lion friends' den.Dahabu'Chaka had been sleeping in in the sunlight- it was wonderful. She let an emerald eye slip open as she reached her sleeping-peak. She had woken just in time, as she saw a yellow figure approaching. "Noyana!" She said, jumping up suddenly, excited at the appearance of her friend. She headed to meet up with her. "Where to today? "I dunno, I was hoping you had an idea!" Noyana said. "Let's just wander aimlessly until we find something interesting." She was glad to see Chaka nodding and the pair headed into the savannah.

Inari was as bored as ever, Mrost didn't seem to be nearby at all, and Inari was tired o training hi body in its current state. H fet like he could accomplish nothing more. Flicking his tail he stayed near the borders, just watching nothingness pass on with time. Other he knew here were moving along in their lives, a female he saw come in...brown her name was Kat, something of he sort, she and her mate seemed happy.
Happiness ho could he achieve such a thing on the route he was taking now?
Sighing her laid upon the soil just looking, watching, being bored. Nothing exciting seemed to be happening anymore, at least, not for him.

"What's that?" Dahabu'Chaka asked jerking her head towards a brown figure sitting on the horizon. "Certainly something to do today!" She said happily, and without another word, Chaka headed running towards the figure.
Noyana hadn't ever seen him around, she thought as they got closer. She didn't call out as they approached the older lion, though. He looked tough, his muscles were all very defined.
"I don't think we should bug him too much," Noyana said to her companion, finding that it was already too late- Chaka hadn't stopped as she had.
Dahabu'Chaka ran up to the stranger and immediately started in on her chatting. "Hi stranger! I'm Chaka, and that's Noyana!" She said gesturing behind her. She was surprised, though, at how far behind Noyana was. She waited for her friend to catch up before she continued. "I haven't seen you around, have I?"

Inari's focus was shot to nothing when he started hearing a little voice keep rambling on, his eyes settled on a small golden form of what seemed like a jackal, and his eyes then followed to where the jackal motioned to settle upon a rather bright pelted female. Very bright he had to add to his view.
"No, I don't think you have," his eyes fell back on her, then the lioness Noyana, then back again, why was a jackal and lioness hanging around together? Quite strange?
"Are both of you alright?" common question, just to make sure neither of them were lost and would go too far near the borders.

"We're fine," Noyana said independently, glad to find that though the male was bulky, he wasn't mean. Or at least didn't seem mean. She'd trust him, he looked like a pridemember. There was something about a Pridelander, or at least Noyana thought. She smiled up at the older lion innocently, "We're just... looking for something to do!" Something fun, that our parents probably wouldn't be too happy with, she added to herself in her mind. Exploring dangerous cliffs was a favorite of Noyana's. She loved her mother dearly, but she just didn't seem to understand the irresistable lure that a dangerous place gave a cub.
Chaka nodded vigorously. "And nothing boring, either, something fun!" She said it almost as a demand, but all in good nature. In the back of her jackal-lion mind, she was thinking the same thing as her brighter companion. She smiled a huge smile the whole time, wondering how the male would react.

Inari thought it was strange how a jackal and lion, well, lioness could be so close without bickering, Inari raised a brow and thought it some type of game they were playing, oh well, children would be children right? Though children, cubs, they were quite adorable, he had to admit.
"Can't find a game to play?" he asked with a smile, tail flicking behind him, at least they weren't lost, so he didn't have to worry about running around trying to find the girls' parents or guardians, more and more cubs seemed to wander so young now.
What kind of game could they play without getting them in trouble or in danger?
That was a tough one.

"How about that gorge closer to the center?" Chaka suggested, happy to be the first. A sly smirk stretched across her muzzle with the thought of it. "Only the bravest lions even dare to go there!"
"You got any ideas?" Noyana asked. Certainly an older lion like him had tons of cool-dangerous hangouts. "Maybe some rocks to climb?" she asked excitedly, the idea just having popped into her head. Chaka seemed open to anything, really. Climbing would probably be fun for her, because all she did was cling to Noyana and look around excitedly... Noyana was sure, though, that the adolescent would have some idea...

"Rocks, gorge?" Inari shook his head and chuckled, such adventure, though the ideas they had proposed were quite dangerous compared to other things, plus it was too hot, Inari didn't need them passing out from heat stroke. "How about the waterhole," he said as if trying to give a safer objective, though he added, "Swimming," onto it so that they didn't think he was rather too boring.
"How bout it, a little swim?"

Little did he know that he hit the perfect spot for the lioness; Noyana absolutely loved swimming, and she never did it often enough.
"YEAH!" She said before looking down at her companion and giving her a nudge. "What do you say, Chaka?"
"I'm not nearly as good at swimming as you, but sure!" she said. If a normal-sized lioness could do it, so could a mini one. For sure this time she'd learn how Noyana swam on her back; somehow she'd manage it this time.
"Let's go then!" the juve said cheerily to the older male, content with his idea.

"Come on then," Inari said while starting to head towards the waterhole, he first started at a walk and then began to lope towards it, glancing back to see if Noyana or Chaka would try to race with him, everyone liked to race now and then. And afterwards, they could cool off with a nice swim. It sounded like a perfect idea, though it really depended on the two brightly pelted females behind him.

Before either girl got too far, they shot each other a shot behind the male's back. The glance just screamed, "3-way race?" Each gave the other a smirk and a nod, then they both approached Inari, one on each side.
"You wanna race?" Chaka said as if the pair of females had read the male's mind.
"To the water hole, of course," Noyana added, a determined smirk across her muzzle. She always loved competition... She especially loved winning; it was just another ego-boost for the female.
Before the male could even respond, Chaka called "GO!" and Noyana was off after her as soon as she realized that her friend had started off a race whether the male liked it or not. "Last one there's a rotten bird's egg!" She said, quoting her brother's challenge in her last race.

Inari watched as both seemed to take tiehr of his sides and then darted off like a goddess out of hte sky. He chuckled to himself, and sarted after them, wide leaps allowing him to pick up his pace, though he figured if the girls won over him, it would give them a boost of happiness he would like to see affect their faces, and see them smile.
That'd be nice, he bet.

Seeing as the male let up (But Noyana saw it as "I'm winning") she was determined now to beat Chaka, it was between the pair of them. Chaka, however, was very close behind. Both were pushing as fast as they could go and they lept into the water hole, making two big splashes. It was too close to call which had hit the water first, but one thing was for sure, it seemed Inari was the rotten bird's egg this time.
