This is something I made one day because I wanted to try a new sauce I found at the store; Cheriyaki. Sweet cherries meet tangy teriyaki. Delicious. I'll post up some pictures of the sauce and vegetarian beef. Your store may or may not have them.

Ingredients:
2 Bags of Morningstar Farms Steak Starter Strips (Beef Starter Strips are fine too)
1 Large Green Bell Pepper
1 Large Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Large Red Bell Bepper
Cheriyaki Sauce
Water

Those are the Steak/Beef Strips.

That is the cheriyaki sauce.

Start off by rinsing (yes, rinsing) the steak strips off. They come pre-seasoned, but you need to get rid of that. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Remove the seeds from the bell peppers (or leave them in if you like things extra, extra spicy). Cut the bell peppers into slices.
In a wok (or anything that you can use for frying), add about 1/8 cup of water. Add the steak strips and bell peppers. Fry until hot. Add in the cheriyaki sauce (use as much or as little as you want). Cook until heated thoroughly.
Optional: Serve with steamed white rice.

I love the object of posting the odd-ish ingrediants.

I knew it'd probably be a bit hard to find the exact ingredients in the store. Pictures seemed helpful. 3nodding
