 (Note: takes place a bit in the future..I wanted to explore Demy further along in his addiction.
Also, I must thank Tatsu for the wonderful Demy/Clerk conversation XD)Ah the music store...a wonderful place full of shiny instruments and anything else a musician could possibly want. It was generally a peaceful place, only losing that when a particularly noisy customer would come in and want to test out some new equipment. ...or when Demy Stardust would show up. Especially a freshly partied out Demy Stardust. Looking rather ruffled from the previous night's activities, the young star had wandered into the store, and quickly found his way to the wall of guitars for display. Many things would show that the little one just wasn't all there today. From the way his shoelaces dragged on the ground behind him, to the way his hair was mostly down today instead of stuck up at various angles. Hell, even the kid's pants were mostly undone...thankfully his somewhat attatched belt managed to keep them up. He was stumbling, and rather shakey on top of that. Whatever he was on was certainly messing him up good, and his undernourished appearance made it apparant that it wasn't his first time. Still, he seemed determined to look at the guitars. So determined in fact, that all he did was simply stare down a particular instrument. Sighing to himself, a sales clerk stepped over to assist. "...Sir, do you need any help?" "Hrmph...dude...like......this guitar...is -so- staring at me...."The sales clerk raised an eyebrow as he glanced from the guitar and the back to the little Audio. "Uh..right...sir that's because there's an eye painted on the guitar. Part of the design..." At that, Demy blinked a few times, and turned his gaze to the sales clerk. "So like.....does that mean it can blink? ....OR OR OR...would it get pissed off, if I was playing it, and accidently poked it in the eye?"The other audio looked rather startled at Demy's question. After a few moments of silence, he finally spoke up again. "Sir....are you high?" "....maybe."

Sai found herself mystified by the new pianos in stock in the store, that was, until she over heard an odd conversation from the guitars. "No, it couldn't be...not here." She paused. "What am I saying? He's more likely to be here than anywhere else."
Wandering over to where she heard the previous dialogue she saw what appeared to be a clerk about ready to quit a perfectly fine job because of having to deal with some drugged out customer. In an attempt to save the poor man's sanity, she tapped him on the shoulder and whispered a few words to him, which led him to walk away. "Been hitting the stuff a bit hard there bigboy?" Sai spoke sensually, knowing either being obnoctious or (her version of) sexy would only be the way to get to him, and bursting into a loud rant in the middle of a store was not her style.

Demy hardly noticed as the sales clerk took his leave. The female's words however? Those caught his attention pretty quick. "Well hey there sex----"The greeting swiftly stopped as Demy turned around to eye just who it was he was talking too. The boy's mouth dropped open as he failed to hide just how surprised he was to see the other. "S-sai?...."

"No no, you were saying something else first, go on and finish that. Unless you think my face is that sobering that you snapped out of your drugged mind just because of it." Sai let out a snicker and rolled her eyes. "Not so good to see you again Demy, you seem to be as wasted in life as ever, more so infact. What's your problem this time? Your band kicked you out for good, they made a new band, Brittany Spears ask you out?"

"I was just gonna call you sexy...but you already knew that."Despite the earlier surprise, the little one was already back to his usual ways regarding Sai. Hell he'd be lucky to go 10 minutes without being b***h slapped by the female musician. "Pffft..I haven't seen that stupid band of mine since the day we met. Doesn't matter anyway, I gots myself a new gig now!"...Yeah, his grammar was a bit lacking. "Yeah...it's all kinds of awesome. I like...work in this bar man..."A single paw went up to absently rub at Lou's collar around his neck. "And I am -so- not wasted...."

"So..." Sai paused and stroked her chin. "You're a bar whore now?" A look of complete dissapointment ran across her face.
"What's wrong with you? What happened to playing big venues and big crowds? I expected better of you even though you represent yourself as a complete air head, druggy, boozer, and nitwit." She reached out and flicked the collar. "Submissive, rather than your usual dominance, oh well, I didn't need your help with my goals anyway."

Demy gave a vicious snarl, and snapped his teeth at the other's paw. "I am -not- a bar whore, and that is NOT yours to touch..."The boy's snarling and outburst attracted the attention of the customer's around them, who quickly backed away from the commotion. "Submissive!? Demy Stardust is -never- submissive!"Nevermind the fact the collar stated otherwise. "And who are you to talk?! Last time I saw you, you were crying about how your art form was dying out! At least I found a job! I found a place to fit in! I don't need my stupid band, or my stupid managers, or any giant crowd of stupid. adoring. fans!"Ears drooped sadly at that. Okay...maybe he missed the fans a bit...and having someone else do his planning for him....and his band...kinda.

"You really don't know what happened after we parted ways do you? My orchestra did end up breaking up, but I'm a professor now, and I do concerts conduting my students. It's the best thing that has happened to me." Sure, she was no longer famous, but she really never cared about that before, plus by teaching her art, it could grow rather than dwindle.
Sai snorted. "Never submissive? Then would you care to explain why you look like you've been out wandering all night instead of going home? Something you're not saying little pup?"

What indeed..." Sai let out a sigh. "You go on and believe that, but the way you look speaks more than your words ever would, pup." Giving him a good look over, she noticed just how messed up he was, she saw it before, but taking a better look revealed more. "You look like you got in a fight with a lawn-mower."

Well...you!....You!.....You look......"Demy suddenly sighed, letting his shoulders slump. There just...wasn't anything he could pull on the other. She looked great, her life was going just fine... "Starting to sink in a bit now? Maybe we should head out of here before you get us in trouble with your childish screaming. We'll grab a burger, my treat...it doesn't look like you have any money in those pants of yours anyway." She let out a little snicker at her own joke, a bad habbit of hers.
Leading the pup outside she pointed out a Jerk on the Sphere (oh yes, I went there). "Shall we? There's so much you haven't told me yet."

Demy merely gave a low grumble and obediently followed Sai outside. His ears had perked a bit at the mention of a burger...he really was hungry afterall. Still, he wasn't ready to totally start sucking up to Sai yet. "Hmrph...why bother? You just want to spit more names at me? Oh great professor Sai?"The little rockstar's words dripped with venom and sarcasm.

"The alternative to not coming with me is me kicking you where it hurts and screaming that you're doing indecent things. Soooo I ask again...burgers on me?" A sly grin crept onto her maw, that was one thing Sai never lost, her over all ability to controll situations. "And be careful, if you bite your tongue with those words you'll poison yourself." This time her words were as sharp as daggers aimed right at the pup's heart.

Demy's ears drooped at the first comment, and Sai's end statement set the boy's ears flat against his head. With a small whine, Demy forced the venom from his words. "...Burgers would be nice..."
