Its kinda of like the Hyuuga clans hand chakra where they fix it to a point but this move will most likely consume alot of chakra. The ninja is able to form a sword or dagger or whatever weapon they choose so long as its allowed and are able to use it in battle and depending on how high u the skill is it can cut through kunai and obstacles and such

... yah that would be a B and its not really a costum jutsu its used in Naruto the movie: honer in the country of snow... or something like that

Hmm another one would be an addition to the Hyuuga clans hand chakra by being able to not only stop chakra flow but also injecting poison or w.e you want into the persons blood stream. its not as good as my other ones but it could work

how about an ANTI-Chico jutsu, he appears in very village and just kills people, can he do that. now my village doesnt have a raman shop anymore

yeah i guess. unless you could go to a medic ninja and have like a pouch put somewhere in you where the poison just sits w/o affecting you and would flow out of the hand into the opponents body or if u were a medicninja u could have the same thing accept antidotes and healing junk to use on team members and they're selves

Ok i have another one but its more of a way to get around faster and it kinda like the tree running they do andi guess you could use it in battles.
The ninja is able to blast small but big enough bursts of chakra out of their feet to launch him/herself into the air.

i got one, B ranked 2000C P10 L2, it involves chakra strings, you loop the strings around someone, then you send a powerful electric shock through the strings, paralyzing or if your strong enough, killing the opponents
we can call it lighting strings, or the rai ropes or something like that, and ofcourse the raikage would get first dibs
